Select a flash mode other than
fill-in flash.
Adjust the exposure
compensation toward minus (–)
or change the camera position.
Hold the camera correctly,
keeping your fingers away from
the flash.
Shoot within the flash working
range.
Press the flash switch to raise
the flash.
Set the flash to fill-in mode, or
use the spot metering mode.
Higher shutter speeds are used
when the sequential shooting
mode is selected, which may
result in pictures that are darker
than usual. Select in the
DRIVE menu.
Adjust the exposure
