Der SPF-Bereich reicht von 1-50 (SPF = Sun Protection
Factor = Lichtschutzfaktor). Stellen Sie einen SPF-Wert ein,
der dem Lichtschutzfaktor des für Ihr Baby verwendeten
Sonnenschutzproduktes entspricht.
HINWEIS
Babys haben eine sehr empfi ndliche Haut, daher
werden Sonnenschutzprodukte mit einem Lichtschutzfaktor von
30-50 zum Schutze Ihres Kindes empfohlen.

So erhalten Sie den UV-Index und die Bestrahlungszeit:
1.
Halten Sie
EXPO. TIME
gedrückt, um den Einstellungsmodus
aufzurufen. Das Gerät benötigt 5 Sekunden, um eine
UV-Ablesung vorzunehmen (durch kurze Pieptöne
signalisiert). Stellen Sie das Gerät hierfür waagerecht hin
und richten Sie es so aus, das die maximale Lichtmenge auf
den UV-Sensor auftrifft.. Der höchste UV-Messwert wird
aufgezeichnet. Ein langer Piepton bestätigt, dass die
Messung vorgenommen wurde.
2. Drücken Sie auf
EXPO.TIME
, um die berechnete maximale
Besonnungsdauer anzuzeigen. Falls keine UV-Messung
vorgenommen wurde, wird

können Sie den Countdown-Timer so einstellen, dass ein
Alarmsignal am Ende der gewünschten Besonnungsdauer
ertönt. Beachten Sie bitte, dass die berechnete maximale
Besonnungsdauer nur als Richtwert dient.

Opzioni dell’impostazione SPF:
L’intervallo SPF è compreso tra 1 e 50. Immettere l’impostazione
SPF che corrisponde alla protezione SPF del solare utilizzato per
il bambino.
NOTA
La pelle dei bambini è molto sensibile e si consiglia una
protezione SPF di 30-50 per sicurezza.

dell’impostazione. L’unità impiega circa 5 secondi per
leggere il valore UV (verranno messi dei brevi segnali
acustici). A questo punto, posizionare l’unità orizzontalmente
e ruotarla per esporre al massimo il sensore UV alla luce.
Verrà registrata la massima misurazione UV. Verrà emesso
un lungo segnale acustico per confermare che la
misurazione
non è stata rilevata.
2.
Premere
EXPO.TIME
per visualizzare il tempo di esposizione
calcolato. Se non viene rilevata alcuna misurazione UV,
verranno visualizzati i simboli

The SPF range is between 1-50. Enter an SPF setting that
corresponds to the SPF protection of the sunscreen products you
use for your baby.
NOTE
Babies have very sensitive skin and an SPF rating of
30-50 is suggested for greater protection.

take 5 seconds for the unit to take a UV reading (short beeps
will sound). In this time, place the unit horizontally and
revolve it to maximize the UV sensor’s exposure to light. It
will record the strongest UV measurement. A long beep will
sound to confi rm that the measurement has been taken.

Options de réglage du facteur de protection :
Le facteur de protection va de 1 à 50. Entrez un facteur de
protection qui correspond à celui du produit solaire utilisé pour
votre bébé.
REMARQUE
Les bébés ont une peau très sensible et un
facteur de 30 à 50 est suggéré pour une meilleure protection.
INDICE UV & TEMPS D’EXPOSITION
Appuyer sur
EXPO. TIME
pour voir l’affi chage.
Pour obtenir l’indice UV et le temps d’exposition:
1. Appuyer et tenir EXPO. TIME pour entrer dans le mode
de réglage. Cela prendra 5 secondes pour que l’appareil
détecte les UV (on entend des bips courts). A ce moment,
placer l’appareil horizontalement et le faire tourner pour
maximiser l’exposition du récepteur d’UV à la lumière. Le
plus fort niveau d’UV sera enregistré. Un bip long va
confi rmer que la mesure a été prise.
2. Appuyer sur EXPO.TIME pour voir le temps d’exposition
calculé. Si aucune mesure d’ UV n’a été faite,

seront affi chés.
REMARQUE
L’indice d’UV n’est gardé en mémoire et
valable que pendant 10 minutes. Par conséquent, si
“NA”
et
“- -
”
s’affi chent ou 10 minutes se sont écoulées, ou votre
environnement a changé, faites une autre lecture.
REMARQUE
Si vous changez le type de peau ou le facteur de
protection, le temps d’exposition n’est plus valable.

une suggestion.

10, les icônes d’affi chage de l’indice UV clignotent.. Quand la
lecture d’UV est supérieure à 11, l’affi chage d’indice d’UV et une
ombrelle apparaissent.
MINUTERIE
Pour aider à empêcher une surexposition aux rayons UV, vous
pouvez régler le compte à rebours de façon à faire sonner une
alerte à la fi n d’une période d’exposition désirée. Veuillez vous
rappeler que le temps d’exposition calculé est seulement une
suggestion.
