6.7.6 ElectricallyAdjustableFootrest(s)(Optional)
INFORMATION
The seat function actuators are not intended for continuous
use, but only for short-term limited operation (10 % use,
90 % idle time).
General recommendation: At maximum load, 10 seconds
of operation should be followed by 90 seconds of idle time.
In this regard, the electric seat functions are considered
independently of the driving function.
INFORMATION
Only authorised personnel is allowed to mount electrically
adjustable footrests to the power wheelchair.
To avoid permanent pressure loads or to ensure anti-shock
positioning, the power wheelchair offers the possibility of mount-
ing electrically adjustable footrest(s). This function can be se-
lected in the “additional function” mode of the control (see
Section 6.3.5). Use the joystick for adjustment.
The space for getting into/out of the power wheelchair can be
increased by folding the footrest(s) up.
7 Accessories
CAUTION
Riskofaccidentsduetounsecuredscrewconnections.
When screw connections with thread locks are loosened,
they must be replaced by new ones or secured with a me-
dium-strength thread lock substance (e. g. EuroLock A24.20).
After any settings on the power wheelchair are established
or changed, the mounting screws and / or nuts must be
retightened securely. During tightening observe torques when
specied.

used. The optional components may be mounted only as
described here. Failure to comply will void the warranty.

The C2000 power wheelchair has been designed as a
modular system. Certain component groups can be exchanged
and other accessory components can be added to the
power wheelchair.
