• If you are unable to use T-Mobile HotSpot having
successfully used the service before, it is possible
that your complimentary usage period has expired.
If that is the case, you may purchase a T-Mobile
HotSpot account and make the appropriate
changes to the settings on your camera to use the
service again. Contact T-Mobile HotSpot at 877-
822-SPOT (7768) for details.

• Check that the access point you wish to connect to
is currently open for use.
• It may not be possible to display or connect to an
access point if the signals from that access point
are weak or otherwise inadequate.
• Depending on their settings, some access points
may not be displayed even if reception is available.
Check the access point settings.
• Try the following
- Bring the camera (particularly the antenna grip
part) closer to the access point
- Remove any obstacles between the camera and
the access point
- Point the camera in different directions
• This camera does not support channel 12 or
channel 13.
