2. Cook fresh fish (200-800g)
To cook FRESH fish. Shield the thinner
portions. Place in a shallow container on
turntable. Add 15-45ml (1-3 tbsp) liquid. Cover
with pierced cling film or lid. Press the Auto
Cook pad twice. Enter the weight. Press
START.
1. Cook fresh vegetables (200-800g)
To cook FRESH vegetables. Place prepared
vegetables into a shallow container on
turntable. Add 15 ml (1tbsp) water per 100g
vegetables. Cover with pierced cling film or lid.
Press the Auto Cook pad once. Enter the
weight. Press START.
3. Cook jacket potatoes (200-1400g)
To cook jacket potatoes choose medium sized
potatoes 200-250g (7-9oz). Wash and dry and
prick with a fork several times. Arrange around
edge of turntable. Press Auto Cook pad three
times. Enter weight. Press START. DO NOT
COVER. Allow to stand for 5 minutes after
cooking.
3. Reheat pasta meal (300-1500g)
This program is for reheating a pasta style
convenience meal that can be stirred. Foods
must be in a suitable single section
microwaveable container and have the film
pierced. Place on turntable, press the Auto
Reheat pad three times. Enter the weight then
press START. Stir halfway. Allow to stand for 1
minute. Ensure that the food is piping hot. Stir
the food before serving.

For Auto Weight reheat programs curry/chinese meal and pasta meals.
1. It is assumed that the starting temperature of the meals is fridge temperature, 5°C.
2. Large pieces of fish / meat in a thin sauce, may require longer cooking.
3. These programs are not suitable for foods that cannot be stirred.
4. Meals in bowl shaped containers may need extra cooking time.
