zijn voor de ogen.

De IP44-bescherming is alleen gegarandeerd als het batterijvak-deksel 2

op de juiste manier is gesloten.

Veiligheidsinstructies voor

batterijen / accu‘s

LEVENSGEVAAR! Houd batterijen / accu‘s buiten het bereik van kinde

ren.

Raadpleeg bij inslikken onmiddellijk een arts!

Inslikken kan leiden tot inwendige verbrandingen, perforatie van zacht weefsel

en tot de dood. Ernstige inwendige verbrandingen kunnen binnen 2 uur na

het inslikken optreden.

EXPLOSIEGEVAAR! Laad niet oplaadbare batterijen nooit

op. Sluit de batterijen / accu‘s niet kort en / of open deze niet.

Daardoor kan de batterij oververhit raken, in brand vliegen of

exploderen.

Gooi batterijen / accu‘s nooit in het vuur of water.

Stel batterijen / accu‘s nooit bloot aan mechanische belastingen.

Risico dat de batterijen / accu’s lekken

Vermijd extreme omstandigheden en temperaturen die invloed op de

batterijen / accu‘s zouden kunnen hebben bijv. radiatoren / direct zonlicht.

Bij lekkende batterijen / accu‘s het contact van de chemicaliën met de huid,

ogen en slijmvliezen vermijden! Spoel de desbetreﬀende plekken direct af

met schoon water en raadpleeg onmiddellijk een arts!

DRAAG VEILIGHEIDSHANDSCHOENEN! Lekkende of

beschadigde batterijen / accu‘s kunnen in geval van huidcontact

chemische brandwonden veroorzaken. Draag daarom in dit geval

geschikte veiligheidshandschoenen.

Als de batterijen / accu‘s lekken, dient u deze direct uit het product te halen

om beschadigingen te vermijden.

Gebruik alleen batterijen / accu‘s van hetzelfde type. Gebruik nooit nieuwe

en oude batterijen / accu‘s door elkaar!

Verwijder de batterijen / accu‘s, als u het product gedurende een langere

periode niet gebruikt.

Risico op beschadiging van het product

Gebruik uitsluitend het aangegeven type batterij / accu!

Plaats de batterijen / accu‘s volgens de weergegeven polariteit (+) en (-)

op batterij / accu en op product.

Reinig de contacten van de batterij / accu en in het batterijvak voor het

plaatsen met een droge, pluisvrije doek of wattenstaafje!

Verwijder verbruikte batterijen / accu‘s direct uit het product.

Voor de ingebruikname

Opmerking: verwijder al het verpakkingsmateriaal van het product.

Batterijen plaatsen / vervangen

Open het batterijvak-deksel 2.

Opmerking: klap indien van toepassing de uitklapbare voet 8 om-

hoog om het batterijvak-deksel 2 te bereiken (alleen HG06708A).

pose of used batteries / rechargeable batteries at a local collection point.

Warranty

The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously

examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights

against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way

by our warranty detailed below.

The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty

period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in

a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase.

Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years

from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of

charge to you. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged,

or used or maintained improperly.

the product, please familiarise yourself with all of the safety information and

Intended use

This product is intended for normal use. This product is suitable for

indoor and outdoor location, eg. in storeroom or camping.

The prod-

uct withstand extreme physical conditions of vibration (1.0 m² /

s³ 200–2000 Hz). The product is not intended for commercial use or for use in

other applications.

The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does

not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consu

Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 123456_7890)

available as proof of purchase.

You will ﬁnd the item number on the rating plate, an engraving on the front page

of the instructions for use (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of

the product.

If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed

either by telephone or by e-mail.

You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address

that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till

receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.

You can also use fold-out stand 8 to hang the product in the desired loca-

tion, e. g. on a wall hook.

Note: Make sure that the respective suspension device (e.g. wall hook)

can support the weight of the product (approx. 260 g).

Cleaning and care

Never use liquids or detergents, as these will damage the product.

The product should be cleaned on the outside with a soft dry cloth. Use a

slightly damp cloth to clean stubborn dirt.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose

of at local recycling facilities.

Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separa-

tion, which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with

following meaning: 1–7: plastics / 20–22: paper and ﬁbreboard /

80–98: composite materials.

The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it

separately for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid in

France only.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how

to dispose of your worn-out product.

To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly

when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household

waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can

be obtained from your local authority.

Inleiding

Hartelijk gefeliciteerd met de aankoop van uw nieuwe product. U heeft voor een

hoogwaardig product gekozen. De gebruiksaanwijzing is een deel van het pro-

duct. Deze bevat belangrijke aanwijzingen voor veiligheid, gebruik en verwijd

ering.

Maakt U zich voor de ingebruikname van het product met alle bedienings- en

veiligheidsvoorschriften vertrouwd. Gebruik het product alleen zoals beschreven

en voor de aangegeven toepassingsgebieden. Overhandig alle documenten bij

doorgifte van het product aan derden.

Correct en doelmatig gebruik

Dit product is bestemd voor normaal gebruik. Dit product is geschikt

voor gebruik binnens- en buitenshuis, bijv. in bergingen of bij het kam-

peren. Het product is bestand tegen extreme fysieke belastingen in

de vorm van vibraties (1,0 m2 / s3 200–2000 Hz). Het product is niet bestemd

voor commercieel gebruik of voor andere toepassingen.

Light functions

The product can be operated in 3 diﬀerent modes. Select these by repeatedly

pressing the ON / OFF button 5:

Press 1 x: The LED spotlight 1 lights up at “max. brightness (100 %)” mode.

Press 2 x: The LED spotlight 1 lights up at “energy saving mode (50 %)”.

Press 3 x: The LED spotlight 1 ﬂashes in “ﬂashing light” mode.

Press 4 x: Switch oﬀ the light.

Note: In each mode, when LED spotlight 1 is operated for more than

5 seconds, if pressing the ON / OFF button 5 the LED spotlight 1 will turn

oﬀ directly.

Operation

Note: Protect the sensitive surfaces before installing the product.

For HG06708A only:

Hold the joint 7 and adjust the ﬁxing angle of the fold-out stand 8, then

place the product at desired position (see Fig. D). Do not adjust the ﬁxing

angle more than 90 ° (see Fig. D), otherwise the product may overturn.

Fold the fold-out stand 8 to the back and hold the handle 6 to illumi-

nate the desired area (see Fig. E).

You can also use the handle 6 to hang the product in the desired location,

e. g. on a wall hook.

Note: Make sure that the respective suspension device (e.g. wall hook)

can support the weight of the product (approx. 360 g).

For HG06708B only:

Turn the handle 6 and ﬁx the product at desired position. The handle 6

can be turned up by approximately 180 ° and be used as a handle or a

stand (see Fig. D).

WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES! Leaked or damaged batteries /

rechargeable batteries can cause burns on contact with the skin.

Wear suitable protective gloves at all times if such an event occurs.

In the event of a leakage of batteries / rechargeable batteries, immediately

remove them from the product to prevent damage.

Only use the same type of batteries / rechargeable batteries. Do not mix

used and new batteries / rechargeable batteries.

Remove batteries / rechargeable batteries if the product will not be used

for a longer period.

Risk of damage of the product

Only use the speciﬁed type of battery / rechargeable battery!

Insert batteries / rechargeable batteries according to polarity marks (+)

and (-) on the battery / rechargeable battery and the product.

Use a dry lint-free cloth or cotton swab to clean the contacts on the battery /

rechargeable battery and in the battery compartment before inserting!

Remove exhausted batteries / rechargeable batteries from the product

immediately.

Before use

Note: Remove all packaging materials from the product.

Inserting / replacing batteries

Open the battery compartment cover 2 by hand.

Note: If necessary, fold up the fold-out stand 8 to reach the battery

compartment cover 2 (only HG06708A).

Insert four 1.5 V , AA batteries 4 into the battery compartment 3.

Ensure correct polarity when inserting the batteries 4. This is indicated in

the battery compartment 3.

Close the battery compartment 3 by clicking the battery compartment

cover 2 into place (see Fig. B and C).

allow children to play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance

should not be performed by children without supervision.

Do not use the product if it is damaged.

Never immerse the product in water or other liquids!

The LEDs are not replaceable.

If the LEDs fail at end of their lives, the entire product must be replaced.

Do not look directly to the light of the product as it may be harmful to the e

ye.

Protection class IP44 can only be guaranteed if the battery compartment

cover 2 is properly closed.

Safety instructions for batteries /

rechargeable batteries

DANGER TO LIFE! Keep batteries / rechargeable batteries out of reach

of children. If accidentally swallowed seek immediate medical attention.

Swallowing may lead to burns, perforation of soft tissue, and death. Severe

burns can occur within 2 hours of ingestion.

DANGER OF EXPLOSION! Never recharge non-rechargeable

batteries. Do not short-circuit batteries / rechargeable batteries

and / or open them. Overheating, ﬁre or bursting can be the result.

Never throw batteries / rechargeable batteries into ﬁre or water.

Do not exert mechanical loads to batteries / rechargeable batteries.

Risk of leakage of batteries / rechargeable batteries

Avoid extreme environmental conditions and temperatures, which could

aﬀect batteries / rechargeable batteries, e.g. radiators / direct sunlight.

If batteries / rechargeable batteries have leaked, avoid contact with skin,

eyes and mucous membranes with the chemicals! Flush immediately the

aﬀected areas with fresh water and seek medical attention!

This product is not suitable for household room illumination.
