Replacement: Insert the hinges in the slots.
Let the door sink open, while supporting it.
Release latch B from catch C on both hinges.
Now the door can be closed.

prevent stubborn stains.
Replacing the oven light bulb

MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
Please note:
Disconnect the appliance before starting with
cleaning or reparation. Preferably by taking
the plug out of the socket or by turning off the
mains switch.
Enamelled parts
The inside of the oven door, the base of the
oven, the baking sheet and the roasting tin are
all completely enamelled. These are best
cleaned with hot, soapy water or a little liquid
detergent (Jif); rinse well with clean water.
Outside
Clean the outside of the oven with warm soapy
water or liquid soap. Rinse with clean water.
Glass
Clean the glass in the oven door with soapy
water or with a glass-cleaning product.
Grill screen
You can easily pull the grill screen out of the
oven and clean it with a wet cloth.
Self-cleaning function (pyrolysis)
■ Remove all accessories from the oven. The
oven heats to a temperature of nearly
500 °C during the self-cleaning cycle. The
heat can be trapped under the baking
sheet and damage the bottom of the oven,
or the accessories can become
discoloured.
■ Clean the inside of the door with soap and
close the door.
■ Select the self-cleaning function by turning
the function knob to .
■ We recommend that you keep the kitchen
well ventilated during the self-cleaning
cycle.
Remarks
The first time you use the self-cleaning
function, you may experience an unpleasant
smell, due to residue from the protective
coating used during assembly (this coating is
completely safe).
The oven starts operating immediately. During
the cleaning cycle, the oven makes more
noise than usual. Pressing the button
displays the cleaning cycle end time. The
cleaning cycle (including cooling time) takes
at least 1.5 hours. When the cleaning cycle
begins, the thermostat indicator light comes
on. The oven heats to a temperature of 500 °C;
then the thermostat indicator light goes out.
As long as the oven temperature is above
300 °C, the oven door cannot be opened. The
control light alerts you that the cleaning cycle
is in process. The cleaning cycle time can be
set from a minimum of 1.5 hours to a maximum
of 3 hours.
■ Clean the oven (once it has cooled). You
can wipe away the ash and any other
residue with a damp cloth.
