calm the skin after epilation.
◗ Keep the epilating head clean.

Cause 1:The skin cooler was not put in the freezer
or freezing compartment long enough.
◗ Make sure you leave the skin cooler in the
freezer or freezing compartment for at least 6
hours before using it.
