Mounting the blades
- Holding the motor unit and the blades as illustrated, carefully insert the
free ends into the motor unit (fig. 2). ("Click!")
Pushing the blades by the plastic handles will facilitate fitting.
Cutting (see section "Important")
- First have all items ready for cutting (food on carving board, fork or
special tongs for collared beef), then plug in (fig. 3) *).
- Depress the on/off button (C) to make the knife operate (fig. 4).
On releasing the button, the knife blades will stop.
Removing the blades
- Unplug from the mains (fig. 5) *).
- Place the motor unit on its back side.
- Press the blade release button (D) holding the blades by the plastic
handles (fig. 6).
Cleaning (see section "Important")
Stainless steel blades: Separate the blades (fig. 7) and wash them in hot soapy
water. Then rinse the blades.
The blades can also be washed in a dishwasher.
Motor unit: First unplug. The motor unit may be cleaned with a soft damp cloth, if
required with some detergent.
Do not use abrasives, scourers, aggressive cleaning agents, alcohol, acetone etc.
