Activate blacklist

Go to Settings > Call settings > Blacklist >
Blacklist Mode.

Press , to activate blacklist function.
Add a phone number to blacklist

Go to Blacklist>Blacklist numbers.

Edit the blacklist, add contacts by entering a
phone number.
Check world clock
