L’Apparecchio è garantito un anno dalla data di acquisto. La nostra

garanzia copre tutti gli eventuali difetti di fabbricazione, escluse

tutte le parti soggette a normale usura. La garanzia non copre i danni

causati da urti, incendi, cortocircuiti e quelli derivanti da un uso improprio.

La garanzia prevede la sostituzione di tutti i pezzi non funzionanti escluso le

parti elettriche.

Il giudizio sulla natura del guasto è demandato insindacabilmente ai tecnici

dei servizi assistenza autorizzati dalla POLTI.

La cartolina di garanzia deve essere spedita debitamente compilata e

timbrata, entro e non oltre 10 gg. dall’acquisto.

Il certificato di garanzia, timbrato e compilato in ogni sua parte, va

consegnato, in caso di riparazione dell’apparecchio, al Centro Assistenza.

La garanzia è valida se corredata dallo scontrino fiscale oppure dal timbro

del rivenditore con la data di acquisto. L’elenco ufficiale dei Centri

Assistenza è riportato nel presente manuale istruzioni.

La POLTI declina ogni responsabilità se nella riparazione non vengono

utilizzati ricambi originali POLTI. Per ogni controversia è competente il Foro

di Como.

POLTI garantiza al titular de la garantía, durante el plazo de un año,

a contar desde la fecha de compra, la reparación totalmente

gratuita de las posibles anomalías de los componentes de la máquina,

incluyendo la sustitución del componente defectuoso y la mano de obra

necesaria. Las reparaciones se realizan, en todos los casos, en los talleres

de los Servicios Oficiales. Quedan excluidas las partes sujetas a desgaste

usual. La garantía no cubre los daños causados por mal o indebido uso,

golpes, incendio, cortocircuito, sobre-tensión o aquellos producidos por la

cal. (Ver el mantenimiento del producto en el libro de instrucciones).

El juicio sobre la reparación a efectuar es exclusivo de los Servicios

Oficiales autorizados por POLTI. Una parte de la tarjeta de garantía, la

marcada con “ENVIAR”, deberá remitirse a POLTI, debidamente

cumplimentada y timbrada por el vendedor, dentro de los primeros 10 días

de la adquisición de la máquina. (Solicite que le cumplimenten la garantia al

realizar la compra).

Polti S.p.A. reserves the right to change equipment or

accessory specification without prior notice.

• Put the tank locking button (4) in the OPEN position

(fig. 1).

• Detach the tank (6) from the gun body (fig. 2).

• Turn the cap with the water suction tube (5) anti-

clockwise and take it out from the tank (fig. 3).

• Fill the tank with tap water.

• Put the water suction cap (5) back in its position and

turn it clockwise.

• Connect the tank (6) to the gun body and put the tank

locking button in the CLOSE position.

• Attach the appropriate accessory for the surface to be

treated.

• Connect the power supply cable (14) into an earthed

power supply of the correct voltage, the power

supply indicator light (2) and the heating indicator

light (3) will light up.

• The power supply indicator light (2) will continuously

stay on to indicate that the gun is connected to the

mains.

• Wait for the heating indicator light (3) to switch off, the

gun is now ready to supply steam.

• Push the steam button (1) to release a jet of steam. If

you need a continuous steam flow, push button (1)

repeatedly, with an interval between each push of

about 2 seconds.

• By increasing the push frequency, you can obtain a jet

of hot water.

• Thanks to its innovative shape, in the pauses between

use it is possible to rest the appliance as indicated in

figure 4.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!

Before storing the appliance, always empty the tank.

ATTENTION!!!

Even if the power supply plug is not connected, the

appliance can issue steam, so store it in a place which is

not reachable by people who do not know how to

operate it.

You can connect different types of accessories to the

steam gum according to the kind of surface to be

treated.

For correct connection of the accessories (9-10-

11):

• hook the tooth which is at the bottom of the

accessories to the inside of the accessories

attachment tip (8), then turn it according to the

inclination you need until it is completely locked (fig. 5).

For correct connection of the tip with multipurpose

curved tube (12):

• separate the accessories attachment tip (8) from the

body of the appliance by turning it anti- clockwise

(fig. 6).

• hook the tip (12) according to the inclination you

need, lock it by turning it clockwise.

ATTENTION!!!

The accessories get hot during use, so be careful when

you remove or replace them, use a kitchen glove, or

leave them to cool down. Replace the accessories only

when the power supply cable is not connected to the

mains.

Small round bristled brush (9)

• To remove encrusted dirt in inaccessible places, such

as corners, cookers, toilet bowls, car interiors.

Flat small bristled brush (10) (optional)

• To remove hard dirt on very narrow surfaces, such as

tiles grout, door posts, shutters slats, radiators and

so on.

Garment freshener (11)

• This accessory is suggested to remove crumbs,

dandruff, animal hairs and hairs from jumpers,

trousers, jackets, overcoats and from other textiles.

How to use it:

pass the accessory against the nap so

as to remove all particles on the item to be treated. Va-

porize the cloth eliminating creases and bad smells.

Multipurpose lance with curve (12) (optional)

• To sanitise difficult to reach surfaces which may be

difficult to reach with other accessories.

Thanks to its special shape, it produces a more

concentrated jet of steam.

• When you have used up all the water in the tank,

proceed with filling of the tank as described in the

“Preparation for use” paragraph.

Before making this operation, be sure that the

power supply cable is not connected to the mains.

• Wind the power supply cable as shown in fig. 7.

• The product can be hung by the eyelet (14), hook

must be capable of taking 3 Kg weight.

Before attempting any maintenance operation,

make sure that the power supply cable is

disconnected from the mains.

• We recommend that the bristled accessories are

allowed to cool down in their normal position after

use, so as to avoid any mis-shaping.

• Check periodically the condition of the tip washers (7).

If necessary, have them replaced at the nearest Polti

authorised service Centre.

• To clean the body of the appliance,simply use a moist

cloth.

• Before using the appliance carefully read these usage

instructions.

• For cleaning leather, wood or delicate fabrics

especially dralon, velvet and other pile surfaces,

consult the manufacturers instructions. Clean only by

using the Vaporettino at a safe distance together with

a soft cloth and always do a test on a non visible part

of the item first or on a sample. Allow the test area to

dry completely before observing results and effects

on surface or colour before proceeding to clean

further areas, ensuring that exactly the same distance

and technique are applied as for the test area. If in

doubt, and on sensitive surfaces like fabrics, leather

and wood it is always better to ask advice from your

Vaporettino dealer.

• Before connecting the appliance to the mains make

sure that the current is the same as that indicated for

the machine and that the plug is an earthed plug.

• Do not touch the appliance with wet hands and feet

whilst it is connected to the mains.

• Do not place the appliance or any of the tools whilst

connected in water or in any other liquids.

• Never leave the appliance unattended whilst it is

connected to the mains.

• Do not allow children to use the machine or any

others who may not know how to operate it.

• We recommend that the appliance is disconnected

from the mains whenever it is not in use.

• In case of damage or malfunction, do not

attempt to disassemble the appliance but

contact the nearest Polti Authorised Service

Centre.

• If repairs are required, use only original Polti spare

parts.

• The mains the appliance is connected to must

conform with regulations.

• In order not to compromise the safety of the

appliance, only use original spare parts and

accessories, approved by the manufacturer.

• Do not use the appliance if the supply cable or other

important parts of the unit are damaged.

• Do not direct the steam jet at electrical parts or live

connections.

• Do not pull the supply cable, or the appliance itself, to

disconnect the supply cable from the mains.

• Do not direct the steam jet at people or animals,

the high temperature may cause burns.

• Do not direct the steam jet at

delicate surfaces, which do not

resist such a temperature.

• Do not introduce any

detergent or chemical

substance into the

generator tank.

• Do not start the appliance if there are any faults.

The Vaporettino is guaranteed to the original purchaser

for one year from purchase date against manufacturing

or raw material defects.

The guarantee is not valid if the appliance has been

misused in any way.

Unauthorised alterations or repairs to the machine will

automatically invalidate this guarantee.

TO CONNECT THIS UNIT TO THE MAINS.

This unit is designed to operate on 240V, 50 Hz current

only. Connecting it to other power sources may damage

the unit.

WARNING - This appliance must be earthed.

This appliance may be fitted with a non rewirable plug, if

it is necessary to change the fuse in a non rewirable plug

the fuse cover must be refitted. If the fuse cover is lost

or damaged, the plug must not be used until a replace-

ment, available from the appliance manufacturer, is ob-

tained. It is important that the colour of the replacement

fuse cover corresponds with the colour marking on the

base of the plug.

If the plug requires to be changed because it is not suit-

able for your socket, or becomes damaged, it should be

cut off and an appropriate plug fitted following the wiring

instruction (below). The plug removed must be disposed

of safely as insertion into a 13A socket is likely to cause

an electrical hazard.

IMPORTANT

These wires in this mains lead are coloured in accor-

dance with the following code.

• Green-and-yellow: Earth

• Blue: Neutral

• Brown: Live

As the colours of the wires in the mains leads of this ap-

pliance may not correspond with the coloured markings

identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as fol-

lows:

The wire which is coloured green-and-yellow must be

connected to the terminal in the plug which is marked

with the letter “E” or by the earth symbol or green-and-

yellow.

The wire which is coloured blue must be connected to

the terminal which is marked with the letter “N” or

coloured black.

The wire which is coloured brown must be connected to

the terminal which is marked with the letter “L” or

coloured red.

De firma POLTI S.p.A. behoudt zich het recht voor om

zonder kennisgeving vooraf technische wijzigingen of

wijzigingen aan de constructie aan te brengen die POLTI

nodig acht.

• Zet de blokkeerknop (4) op de stand OPEN (fig. 1).

• Het reservoir (6) los van het pistool maken (fig. 2).

• De dop voor het water (5) laten draaien tegen de wijzers

van de klok in en los van het reservoir maken (fig. 3).

• Het reservoir met leidingwater invullen.

• De dop voor het water (5) op het reservoir doen en

sluiten met de wijzers van de klok mee.

• Het reservoir (6) op het pistool doen en de

blokkeerknop (4) op de stand DICHT zetten.

• Zet het gewenste hulpstuk op het apparaat.

• Stop de stekker van de voedingskabel (14) in een

geaard stopcontact waar een spanning van op staat,

dan gaan de controlelampjes (2) voor aansluiting en

(3) voor opwarming branden.

• Het controlelampje (2) blijft branden zolang het

apparaat aangesloten is.

• Wacht totdat het controlelampje (3) uitgaat, het pistool

staat klaar om stoom te geven

• Om stoom te geven gaat U op de stoomknop (1)

drukken. Om een continu stoomdebiet te krijgen moet

U op de stoomknop (1) ieder twee seconden drukken.

• Door sneller te drukken gaat u warm water krijgen.

• Bij een pause gaat U het pistool, met zijn moderne

vormgeving, kunnen neerleggen als op fig. 4.

Eerst het reservoir leeg maken.

OPGELET!!!

Ook zonder aansluiting kan het apparaat stoom geven.

Het apparaat moet buiten bereik van personen die niet

weten hoe het werkt blijven.

Verscheidene toebehoren kunnen op het pistool

aangesloten worden volgens de te reinigen oppervlakten.

Om de hulpstukken (9-10-11) aan te sluiten, gaat

U als volgt te werk (fig. 6):

• De verbindingstuk van de toebehoren in de opening

voor aansluiting (7) introduceren, en laten draaien tot

vergrendeling (fig. 5).

Om de toebehoren met buis (12) aan te sluiten,

gaat U als volgt te werk:

• De aansluiting (8) los van het apparaat maken door de

aansluiting tegen de wijzers van de klok in te laten

draaien (fig. 6).

• De toebehoren met buis (12) naar wens aansluiten,

door met de wijzers van de klok mee te draaien tot

vergrendeling waar de aansluiting (8) stond.

OPGELET!!!

De toebehoren worden warm door het gebruik. Gelieve

heel voorzichtig de toebehoren aan te raken bij vervanging

of de toebehoren laten afkoelen. Bij vervanging van de

toebehoren, de stekker uit het stopcontact halen.

KLEINE RONDE BORSTEL (9)

• te gebruiken om schoon te maken in moeilijk

bereikbare hoekjes, ovens, sanitair en binnen de auto.

KLEINE SMALLE BORSTEL (10) (optie)

• te gebruiken om schoon te maken in moeilijk

bereikbare hoekjes bij trappen, voegen, deurstijlen,

profielen, radiatoren, enz...

TOEBEHOREN MET VELCRO (11)

• Geschikt om vlekken, elementen, dierenhuid en

weefsels resten te verwijderen op pantalons, mantels

en jassen en op andere weefsels.

Hoe gaat U het pistool gebruiken:

het pistool laten

werken tegen de weefsels om de vlekken te

verwijderen van de te reinigen kleren. De kleren met

stoom bewerken om vouwen en geuren te verwijderen.

TOEBEHOREN MET LANS (12) (optie)

• Hulpstuk waarmee U zelfs de moeilijkste plaatsen kunt

bereiken. De vormgeving geeft een meer

geconcentreerde stoomdebiet.

• Bij leeg reservoir, met water invullen zoals

aangegeven in de paragraaf voorbereiding.

De stekker uit het stopcontact halen alvorens in te

vullen.

• Fig. 7 volgen voor snoer opberg.

• Het apparaat weegt tot 3 kg, en kan opgehangen

worden dankzij de opening (15).

• Alvorens onderhoud te plegen, haalt U de stekkerr uit

het stopcontact.

• Lees voordat u leder, speciale weefsels of houten

oppervlakken gaat behandelen, eerst de instructies

van de fabrikant. Probeer eerst een staal te

behandelen of een deel dat niet in het zicht staat. Laat

het met stoom behandelde deel drogen om te

controleren of de kleur niet verandert en of er geen

vervormingen optreden.

• Na gebruik van de borstels kunt U de borstelharen het

beste laten afkoelen in hun natuurlijke stand. Zo

voorkomt U vervorming.

• Controleer regelmatig de staat van de pakking bij de

opening (7). Indien nodig dient U deze te vervangen bij

de Polti verdeler.

• Gebruik voor het reinigen van de buitenkant van het

apparaat alleen een vochtige doek.

• Lees voordat U het apparaat gebruikt, deze instructies

aandachtig door.

• Controleer voordat U het apparaat aansluit, of de

netspanning overeenkomt met de gegevens op het

typeplaatje op het apparaat en of het stopcontact

geaard is.

• Het apparaat nooit aanraken wanneer de stekker in

het stopcontact zit en uw handen of voeten zich in het

water bevinden.

• Het apparaat nooit onderdompelen in water of in

andere vloeistoffen

• Het apparaat nooit onbewaakt achterlaten wanneer de

stekker in het stopcontact zit.

• Laat het apparaat niet gebruiken door kinderen of

door personen die niet weten hoe het werkt.

• De stekker uit het stopcontact halen wanneer u het

apparaat niet gebruikt.

• Wanneer het apparaat stuk is of slecht werkt, probeer

het dan niet te demonteren, maar ga naar de

dichtstbijzijnde officiële technische centrum.

• Bij reparatie uitsluitend originele onderdelen gebruiken.

• De schema van de netbedrading moet met de

wetgeving overeenkomen.

• Voor de veiligheid van het apparaat enkel originele

onderdelen goedgekeurd door de fabrikant gebruiken.

• Het apparaat nooit gebruiken met beschadiging aan

het snoer of aan belangrijke delen van het apparaat.

• De stoomstoot nooit op stopcontacten of op delen

onder spanning richten.

• Om de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen, nooit op

het snoer of op het apparaat zelf trekken.

• De stoomstoot nooit op personen of dieren richten.

Gevaar voor verbranding door hoge temperatuur.

• De stoomstoot nooit op gevoelige oppervlakten

richten die niet tegen hitte bestand zijn.

• Nooit schoonmaakmiddelen of chemicaliën in het

reservoir doen.

• Een beschadigd apparaat nooit gebruiken.

De VAPORETTINO heeft een garantie van 1 jaar tegen

fabricage- en materiaalfouten, ingaande op de datum van

aankoop. De garantie geldt niet wanneer de schade is

veroorzaakt door oneigenlijk gebruik. Wanneer het

apparaat stuk is of slecht werkt, neem dan onmiddellijk

contact op met het dichtstbijzijnde officiële technisch

centrum. Wanneer het apparaat eventueel wordt

beschadigd door onbevoegd personeel, vervalt de

garantie onmiddellijk.

• De firma POLTI S.p.A. wijst iedere aansprakelij-

kheid van de hand voor incidenten die zijn

ontstaan doordat de VAPORETTINO niet conform

de gebruiks-aanwijzing is gebruikt.

A POLTI S.p.A. reserva-se a faculdade de introduzir as

modificações técnicas e de fabrico que considerar

necessárias, sem vínculo de pré-aviso.

• Posicionar o botão de bloqueio do reservatório (4) na

posição ABERTO (fig. 1).

• Separar o reservatório (6) do corpo da pistola (fig. 2).

• Rodar no sentido anti horário o tampão com o tubo de

entrada de água (5) e extraí-lo do depósito (fig. 3)

• Encher o reservatório com água da torneira.

• Colocar o tubo dentro do depósito, na posição inicial

e rodar o tampão no sentido horário até fechar.

• Acoplar o depósito (6) á pistola e posicionar o botão

de bloqueio na posição de FECHADO.

• Aplicar o acessório indicado para a limpeza que

pretende efectuar.

• Ligar o cabo de alimentação a uma ficha idónea

dotada de ligação à terra. Acender-se-á a luz de

funcionamento e a luz de aquecimento (2 e 3).

• A luz de funcionamento (2) estará sempre acesa de

modo a indicar que a pistola está ligada à corrente.

• Quando a luz de aquecimento (3) se apagar, a pistola

estará pronta para emitir vapor.

• Apertando o botão de emissão de vapor (1) poderá

obter um forte jacto de vapor. Se pretender obter uma

saída de vapor continua deverá premir o botão

repetidamente com intervalos entre uma pressão e

outra de cerca de 2 segundos.

• Se apertar muitas vezes o botão de emissão de vapor

obterá um jacto de água quente.

• Graças ao seu formato inovador, nos intervalos de

utilização poderá apoiar o aparelho tal como mostra a

fig. 4.

ATENÇÃO!:

Antes de guardar o aparelho deite sempre a água fora.

ATENÇÂO!:

Mesmo desligado da tomada, o aparelho poderá emitir

vapor, o que aconselhamos a guardá-lo num lugar

seguro, longe de pessoas que não conheçam o seu

funcionamento.

Na pistola vaporizadora poderá acoplar vários

acessórios em função das superfícies a limpar.

Para o correcto funcionamento dos acessórios (9,

10 e 11) proceda da seguinte forma:

• Inserir o dente existente no interior do local previsto,

na ponta para colocação de acessórios (7) do

aparelho. Depois, girar em função da inclinação

pretendida para trabalhar, até bloqueá-lo por

completo (fig. 5).

Para a correcta conexão da lança curva (12)

proceda da seguinte forma:

• Separar a ponta para colocação de acessórios (8) do

corpo do aparelho, rodando no sentido anti horário

(fig. 6).

• Inserir a ponta da lança (12) com a inclinação que

precisar para trabalhar e bloqueá-la procedendo de

modo inverso ao indicado no parágrafo anterior.

ATENÇÂO!:

Os acessórios aquecem muito durante a sua utilização,

pelo que deverá ter cuidado ao substituí-los, utilizando

uma luva de cozinha ou deixando-os esfriar primeiro.

Para substituir os acessórios assegure-se sempre que a

ficha está fora da tomada.

ESCOVA REDONDA COM CERDAS

• Indicada para eliminar a sujidade em superfícies de

difícil acesso como ângulos, interiores de fornos,

sanitários, interiores de automóveis, etc.

ESCOVA PLANA COM CERDAS (de opção)

• Indicada para eliminar a sujidade incrustada em

superfícies estreitas como as juntas dos azulejos,

radiadores, etc.

ACESSÓRIO REAVIVA- ROUPA

• Indicado para remover pequenas nódoas, cheiros,

pêlos de animals e cabelos dos casacos, calças,

jaquetas e outras superficies de tecido.

Modo de utilização:

passar o acessório no sentido

contrário ao pêlo de modo a eliminar todas as

partículas da superficie a limpar, vaporizar a roupa

para eliminar pregas e pequenos cheiros.

LANÇA CURVA MULTIUSOS (de opção)

• Indicada para higienizar superfícies escondidas de

difícil alcance com outros acessórios. Graças á sua

forma particular permite obter um jacto de vapor

muito concentrado.

Cada vez que faltar a água durante a utilização do

aparelho, proceder tal como o indicado no parágrafo de

Preparação para o uso.

Antes de efectuar esta operação, assegure-se de que a

ficha eléctrica está desligada.

• Recolher o cabo de alimentação tal como o indicado

na figura 7.

• O aparelho pode ser guardado utilizando o anel de

suporte (15) existente.

• O suporte previsto deverá ter uma resistência de pelo

menos 3 Kg.

Antes de efectuar qualquer tipo de operação,

assegure-se de que a ficha eléctrica está

desligada da tomada.

• Depois de utilizar as escovas com cerdas ,

aconselhamos que as deixe esfriar em posição natural

de forma a evitar qualquer tipo de deformação das

mesmas.

• Verificar periodicamente o estado da guarnição da

ponta (7). Se for necessário substituí-la, dirija-se á

Assistência Técnica autorizada mais próximo da sua

residência.

• Para a limpeza externa do aparelho utilizar

simplesmente um pano húmido.

• Antes de utilizar o aparelho leia atentamente o manual

de instruções.

• Antes de tratar peles, tecidos especiais e superfícies

de madeira, consulte as instruções do fabricante e

efectue sempre uma prova numa parte escondida ou

numa amostra. Deixe secar a parte vaporizada para

se certificar que não se tenham verificado

modificações na cor ou deformações.

• Antes de ligar o aparelho certifique-se de que a

voltagem é a correcta, que a tomada está segundo as

normas vigentes e que a tomada tenha ligação á terra.

• Não utilizar o aparelho se o cabo de alimentação

estiver danificado.

• Não tocar no aparelho com as mão ou os pés molhados

enquanto o aparelho estiver ligado á corrente.

• Não submergir nunca o aparelho em água ou em

qualquer liquido.

• Não deixar nunca o aparelho sem vigilância enquanto

estiver quente ou ligado á corrente.

• Não deixar que o aparelho seja utilizado por crianças ou

Vaporettino é garantido por um ano a partir da data de

aquisição, contra defeitos de fabrico e materiais

defeituosos. A garantia não é válida se a avaria tiver

sido causada por um uso impróprio.

No caso de avaria ou de mau funcionamento do

aparelho, contacte imediatamente o Centro de

Assistência autorizado mais próximo.

Eventuais alterações do aparelho por parte de pessoal

não autorizado invalidarão automaticamente a garantia.

En caso de reparación el aparato debe entregarse al Servicio Oficial más

próximo acompañado del certificado de garantía, correspondiente a la

máquina, debidamente cumplimentado para tener validez. En los

supuestos en que la reparación efectuada durante la garantía, no fuera

satisfactoria y el aparato por defecto proprio, no revistiese las condiciones

óptimas al uso a que estuviese destinado, el titular de la garantía tendrá

derecho a la sustitución del objeto edquirido por otro de idénticas

características o a la devolución del precio pagado. La compañía POLTI

declina cualquier responsabilidad si en las reparaciones no se utilizan

recambios originales POLTI.

Les produits POLTI bénéficient d’une garantie totale pièces et

main-d’œuvre d’une durée de 1 an. La garantie légale couvrant les

défauts ou vices cachés (article 1641 et suivants du Code civil) est

applicable en tout état de cause.

La garantie est effective dans la mesure où ce produit est retourné franco,

non démonté dans un de nos Centres Agrées POLTI FRANCE.

L’envoi doit être accompagné d’un avis d’expédition indiquant les anomalies

constatées ainsi que du présent certificat. Sont exclus de la garantie: 1) Les

produits réparés par des tiers; 2) Les pannes dues à une mauvaise

utilisation, à un entretien défectueux et à un entartrage.

Em caso de reparação o aparelho deve ser enviado ao Serviço Técnico

mais próximo acompanhado por este certificado de garantia, que deverá

ser carimbado pelo revendedor e preenchido totalmente para ter validade.

A compánhia POLTI declina qualquer responsabilidade se nas reparações
