Carrying and handling
Boxes of bagged premix have a gross weight of 15.6 kg/34.3 lbs.
Your internal OHS regulations must be followed when carrying and
handling boxes of premix.
Bags of premix or batter should be handled with care. They should
not be thrown, ruptured or abused in anyway. The premix and
batter contains some allergens, namely gluten, egg powder and
milk powder. These could cause allergic reactions in some people
if they were exposed to it or inhale it.

Storage
Bags of batter have a recommended life of eight 8 hours from the
time of mixing the premix with clean, fresh drinking water, provided
that the batter temperature remains below 33°C. Use of bags of
batter above 33°C is not recommended.
Bags of batter must not be left in the machine bag chamber
overnight or when the machine is not in use.
Cooked pancakes
Serving and storage
Pancakes should be served as soon as possible after cooking,
while still hot.
Unserved pancakes can be refrigerated in an airtight plastic
container and reheated in a microwave for 20 to 30 seconds
before serving, depending upon the power of the microwave oven.
