 Naked flames - never spray near a naked flame or appliance pilot flame.

 Smoking - never smoke whilst spraying.

 Thinning - always read the paint manufacturers thinning recommendations or instructions

before using paint or other materials.

 Disconnect from the nains supply - always disconnect from the mains supply when filling

the paint container or cleaning the spray gun.

 Switch off when not spraying – avoid running the unit with the flow rate knob fully closed

for any length of time.

substances, or paints that have not been thinned correctly, and any health

hazards that arise from lack of adequate ventilation

5.1 Immediately switch off the spray gun when :

 Interruption in the mains plug, mains lead or mains lead damage.

 Defect switch.

 Smoke or stench of scorched isolation.

6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Attach the spray gun storage tray to the side of the

compressor by sliding the square locating block

into the recess on the side of the compressor unit :

Attach one end of the flexible air

hose to the outlet on the compressor

unit

And the other end to the inlet on the spray gun :

Before carrying out any work it is necessary to

determine the consistency or viscosity of the paint

used.

This is measured in DIN-sec(onds). To determine

this, firstly thoroughly mix the paint. Immerse the

viscosity measuring cup in the paint below the

cups rim. Raise the cup and measure the time

take in seconds for the liquid to run out, this will

give a DIN-s value: (See viscosity table) - The

maximum viscosity for spraying with this spray gun

is 30 DIN-seconds.
