9.3 Assembly of the handle (Fig. 3)
Install upper frame onto the lower frame and pressing down firmly until the two pins snap in
pace.
9.4 Assembly of the panel and lance hook (Fig. 4)
Mount the panel with the 4 screws M6x50 and 4 lock nuts M6.
9.5 Assembly of the spray gun (Fig. 5-6)
Fit the lance to the gun. Grip the end of the gun and screw the lance onto the gun ensuring it
is tight. Do not over tighten as this could damage both the connectors
Connect the high pressure hose connector to the connector on the underside of the gun
assembly ensuring that it is tight. Do not over tighten as this could damage both the
connectors.
10 BEFORE OPERATION
To prepare your pressure washer for operation, you will need to perform these tasks:
▪ Add oil to engine crankcase.
▪ Add fuel to fuel tank.
▪ Connect high pressure hose to spray gun and pump.
▪ Connect water supply to pump.
▪ Attach nozzle extension to spray gun.
Note: the engine and pump on your new pressure washer will often have an improved
performance after a break of several hours.
10.1 Add oil to the engine crankcase (Fig. 6A)
Do not attempt to start the pressure washer without filling the engine crank case with the
proper amount and type of oil (15W-40). In delivery status the pressure washer has no oil
inside the engine crank case. Operating the unit without oil will cause engine damage. Place
the machine on a level surface and remove the oil filler cap.
Add engine oil to at least half of the dipstick.
The engine is equipped with an oil level sensor. The oil level sensor
switches the engine off if the oil level is too low and prevents a restart. If
the engine cuts out although the oil level is correct, check whether the
petrol-powered high-pressure cleaner is standing straight.
10.2 Add oil plug (Fig. 7)
Before first use, the bleed valve on the oil tank needs to be replaced. On delivery, a black
transport oil plug is screwed in which has to be replaced by the supplied red oil plug.
Add black oil plug again when you transport the machine.
10.3 Add fuel to fuel tank (Fig. 8)
The pressure washer is powered by a four-stroke engine (14), which uses unleaded petrol fuel.
Use a suitable funnel to fill in the fuel to the engines fuel tank (11). Do not spill any fuel or
overfill the tank. The fuel tank should not be filled above the top of the fuel filter.
10.4 Connecting the water hose to the High pressure washer (Fig. 9)
▪ Run water through the hose for a few seconds to flush any debris from the hose.
▪ Inspect inlet screen and remove any debris.
▪ Connect hose to water inlet and tighten by hand.
▪ Turn on water.
