The oil/liquid fat pump starts spraying the
water and the heating element starts
heating the water.
If the process is completed after 2 minutes,
the appliance will beep. The oil/liquid fat
pump and the heating element will switch
off automatically.
Remove the mains plug from the wall
socket and wait until the appliance has
cooled down.
Clean the basket in soapy water.
Clean the removable pan in soapy water.
Clean the appliance, the electronic control
unit and the lid with a soft, damp cloth and
a few drops of washing-up liquid.
Thoroughly dry the appliance and the
accessories.
Assemble the appliance.
Store the appliance in a dry and frost-free
place, out of the reach of children.
Refreshing oil or liquid fat
The oil or the liquid fat must be refreshed after
every 4 uses.
Remove the lid, the basket and the
electronic control unit from the appliance.
Remove the removable pan from of the
appliance.
Put the oil or the liquid fat in a container.
Dispose of the oil or the liquid fat.
Clean the removable pan in soapy water.
Thoroughly dry the removable pan.
Assemble the appliance.
Fill the removable pan with fresh oil or
liquid fat just before using the appliance
again.

automatic heat-up time is short.

- Before cleaning or maintenance, remove
the mains plug from the wall socket and
wait until the appliance has cooled down.

any other liquids for cleaning.

Regularly check the appliance for possible

Cleaning the appliance
Put the oil or the liquid fat in a container.
Dispose of the oil or the liquid fat or save
the oil or the liquid fat for future use.
Mount the oil/liquid fat pump to the
electronic control unit.
Fill the removable pan with 1 litre of clean
water.
Place the lid onto the appliance.
Insert the mains plug into the wall socket.
Simultaneously press the ’+’ button and the
’-’ button to start the self-cleaning function
of the oil/liquid fat pump. The appliance
beeps shortly.
