Allow the appliance to cool down •
completely.
Overload protection
The stirring paddle can become stuck by the
food during use. If the stirring paddle
becomes stuck, the appliance will continue the
cooking process, but the stirring paddle will be
disconnected from the motor automatically.
Wait for approximately two minutes or use a
spoon to move food away from the stirring
paddle.

Potatoes (Russet Burbank) 1000 g
Vegetable oil 15 ml
Salt / Pepper according to taste
Peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into •
cubes (1x1 cm). Leave the potatoes in cold
water for 30 minutes. Allow the potatoes
to dry on a piece of kitchen paper.
Thoroughly mix the potatoes with the
vegetable oil.
Assemble the appliance for use a stir-fry •
oven. Refer to the section "Assembly".
Pre-heat the appliance.•
Put the potatoes into the removable pan. •
Make sure that the potatoes are arranged
evenly.
Set the temperature to 220 °C.•
Set the time to 45 minutes.•
If the process is completed, the chips are •
ready for consumption.
Before serving, add salt and pepper •

Shrimps

Shrimps (large, headed) 450 g
Courgette 150 g
Celery stalks 60 g
Orange 1
Lemon 1
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Shallots (chopped) 15 g
Chili pepper (chopped) 15 g

Parsley (chopped) 3 g
Peel the headed shrimps but reserve the •
tail. Remove the intestinal vein. Rinse the
shrimps under cold water. Allow the
shrimps to dry on a piece of kitchen paper.
Cut the courgette into slices (0.3 cm). Cut •
the celery stalks into slices (1 cm). Cut the
orange into slices (0.5 cm). Cut the lemon
into slices (0.5 cm).

Put the vegetable oil, the shallots and the •
