SPEED CONTROL
Switch the appliance on by setting the I/O/R switch to “I” and select the desired speed as suggested
below.
Speed 1-3 for making bread dough
Use the dough hook or beater to mix and knead yeast doughs.
The ratio of flour and water is 5:3.
The ingredients should be mixed at speed 1 and 2 for 10 sec respectively, and then the speed
increased to 3 for additional 3 min. (Max: 5 minutes), Continuous use for more than 5 minutes
may cause damage to the appliance.
The maximum amount of flour is 1500 g.
Speed 4-6 for making cakes and icings
Use the whisk to whisk egg whites and creams.
Whisk 250 ml fresh cream or eggs at speed 4 to 6.
The maximum number of eggs is 24.
Speed 1-6 for mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids
Use the beater to mix the ingredients at speed 1 to 6 for about 10 min.
Continuous use for more
than 10 minutes may cause damage to the appliance.
Pulse
Hold on “P” to operate the stand mixer at high speed.
Short-time operation: The appliance is designed to be operated without interruption for a
maximum of 5 min / 10 min. Allow to cool down to room temperature before further use.
CLEANING
Always ensure the appliance is switched off and unplugged before cleaning.
Disassemble the accessories.
Wash the accessories in warm, soapy water. Rinse them thoroughly.
Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
