CHARACTERISTICS
1. Time mode
Display of hour , minute, second, month, date and
Day of the week. Choice between 12-hour f ormat
and 24-hour f or mat. Dual time display function.
Hourly chime signal.
2. Heart rate measurement mode (HRM mode)
Heart rate measurement with f inger sensor .
The watch can measure y our heart rate and
percentage of m aximum heart rate (MHR.)
Hear t Rate T raining Zone Alert
If the tested heart rate exceeds the limit settings,
the watch will beep and display will f lash to give
you audio and visual alert. It will remind you to
adjust exercise intensity to stay in target heart
rate zone.
3. Stopwatch mode
Measurement of up to 23 hours 59 minutes and
59 seconds in 1/100-second increments. Lap time
measurement is possible.
4. Recall mode
A maximum of 16 ex ercise data can be recorded ,
indlucding exercise time, hearrt rate and
percentage of m aximum heart rate (MHR.)
5. Calorie mode
Display of calories consumed, f at burnt and BMI
(Body Mass Index) based on pre-f illed personal
data
6. Alarm mode
4-channel alarm including “ONCE (single-
time alarm)” “Monday to Fr iday”, “Monday to
Saturday” and “ ALL (daily alarm)”
7. Timer mode
Measurement of up to 23 hours 59 minutes and
59 seconds
8. Illuminating Light
If you pr ess Button D, the built-in electro-
luminescent (EL) light illuminates the display f or
easy viewing in darkness.

TIME MODE
1 In the Time mode, keep pressing down Button
D f or 2 seconds to enter the time setting mode.
(The second digits start flashing.)

Tips for accurate heart rate reading
1. Press your f inger s with equal strength and
stay motionless.
2. If your f ingers are extremely dr y , moisten
your f inger s.
3. If the temperature is low , rub your hands
to warm them up.

STOPW A TCH MODE
1 . Press Button C until the w atch enters the
Stopwatch mode.
2. Press Button A to start or stop the stopwatch.
3. Press Button B to record lap times.
Up to 16 lap time records can be saved.

3. When y our heart rate is displayed, press Button
B to save it.

RECALL MODE
1. Press Button C until the watch enters the Recall
mode.
2. Press Button A to display the recorded data one
by one.
3. T o delete all the records including lap time,
heart rate, calor ie consumed and fat burnt, keep
pressing down Button B f or 2 seconds .
If the stopwatch is running, skip the Recall mode
when you press Button C to switch modes.

PERSONAL INFORMA TION SETTING
1. In the Calor ie mode, keep pressing Button D for
2 seconds, to enter the personal data setting
mode.
2. Press Button C to switch the item to be adjusted.
Selection of the item to be adjusted (flashing)
is made in the f ollowing order when Button C is
pressed.
Set up your personal data bef ore y ou measure your
heart rate or do exercise. Based on your personal
data, the watch calculates calorie consumed and
f at burned w hile you excer cising.

4 T o set the digits for each item, press Button A to
increase the digits or press Button B to decrease
the digits. Keep pressing do wn each button to
f ast-forw ard or fast-backw ard.
5 After all the adjustments are completed, press
Button D to return to the Time mode.
* If you choose 12-hour format, the PM icon
appear s on the display after 11:49 a.m.

Press Button B to turn the hourly chime ON or OFF .
When the hourly time is turned on, the chime
icon appear s on the display .

CALORIE MODE
1. Press Button C until the w atch enters the Calor ie
mode.
2 . Press Button A to switch between calorie
consumption display (kcal) and f at burnt display
(kg and lbs.)
3. Keep pressing do wn Button B to display BMI.
• Calculations in the Calorie mode is based on the
data obtained by the stopw atch and heart rate
measurement.
• For accurate calculation of calorie consumption
and f at burnt, start the stopwatch first and keep
measuring your heart rate.

The watch can display the time in tw o time zones:
local time zone and second time zone. T o switch
between the time zones, press Button A.
1. In the Time mode, press ButtonA to display
the second time zone.
2. Keep pressing do wn Button D f or 2 seconds
to enter the time setting mode.
3. Press Button C to switch the items to be
adjusted.
4. T o set the digits for each item, press Button
A to increase the digits or press Button B to
decrease the digits. Keep pressing down each
button to f ast-forw ard or fast-backw ard.
During the minute setting, the minute digits
increase or decrease by 30 at a time.
5. After all the adjustments are completed, press
Button D to exit the time setting mode.

HEART RA TE MEASUREMENT MODE
Press Button C until the watch enters the Heart rate
measurement (HRM) mode.
After the watch enters the HRM mode, the
measurement circuit is autom atically activated. If
no heart rate signal is detected, or the heart rate
signal is inconsistent, the hear t rate measurement
function will be automatically inactiv ated to save
pow er . If this happens , press Button A to reactiv ate
the heart rate measurement function.

Exercise Mode
Please input your personal inf ormation befor e doing
exercise and measuring heart rate. When you start
exercising, turn the stopwatch ON, and then enter
the HRM mode. The result of heart rate measurement
will be used to calculate calorie consumption and
f at burnt. After your heart r ate reading is obtained,
press Button B to save the current lap record and
heart rate reading. The w atch can record 15 gr oups
of data at the most. The calculation of calorie
consumption and f at burnt won’t be influenced
ev en if you don’t save the data. Stop the stopwatch
if you don’t w ant to get your heart rate measur ed.
