When setting weight, the unit of weight is the same
as that of f at burnt. If the unit for f at bur nt is KG,
then the unit f or weight is also KG. If the unit f or
f at burnt is LBS , then the unit f or weight is also LBS.

If the tested heart rate exceeds the limit settings,
the watch will beep and display f ill flash to give
you audio and visual alert. Y ou can adjust exercise
intensity accordingly to optimize the w orkout eff ect.
When the stopwatch is running, you cannot set
the personal infor mation.

The miniature battery CR2032 w hich powers y our
watch should last appro ximately 2 years. Howev er ,
because it is inserted at the factory , the actual
life of the battery once in your possession may
be less than 2 years.
Be sure to replace the battery to prevent any
possible malfunction as soon as it runs down. T o
replace the batter y we recommend taking the
watch to a local w atch repair shop.
Note: If the alarm and timer are used f or more
than 20 seconds a day , the illuminating
light f or more than 3 seconds a day , and
the heart rate is tested 15 times a day f or 30
seconds, the batter y life may be less than
the specified period.

Relationship between percentage of MHR and F at
Burnt
Generally , individual hear t rate v aries per son to
person. The minim al heart rate for a normal person
is resting heart rate. (RHR), which is a bout a person’s
heart rate in the morning: awake but still lying do wn
with no physical exertion. The maxim al safe heart
rate f or an individual is maximum heart rate (MHR),
which is based on one’s age. Percentage of MHR
relates to one’s MHR.
The higher the percentage of MHR, the more calories
consumed. Those calories are from sugar and f at.
The relationship between per centage of MHR and
calorie consumption is shown in below f or m.
BMI
The body mass index (BMI) is a statistical measure of
body weight based on a person’s w eight and height.
BMI pro vides a reliable indicator of body fatness f or
most people, w hich allows f or the comparison of
individuals of dif ferent heights in ter ms of their weight.
BMI is widely used to identify w eight problems within
