Important!
• Never place food directly inside of the inner heating compartment.
• Do not exceed the maximum liquid level indicated on the side of the
cooking pan.
• Do not operate the Oven/Steamer if the cooking pan is removed from the
unit for long periods of time.
• Never place sealed cans of food in the Oven as they may explode when
heated. Only use oven safe food containers or other packaging inside of
the cooking pan as other materials could burn or melt.
HEAT MODE
In this mode the temperature will rise to a maximum of 175~180 °C. The actual
temperature will be displayed in the LCD display (5) during cooking, and can be
higher sometimes during use. This is normal and not a malfunction.
To stop cooking in this mode, switch to OFF or press the FUNCTION button (c) to
switch to a new TEMP Mode.
TEMP MODE
The Temperature Mode has 7 temperature settings for precise cooking between
25 °C and 175 °C. The default setting is 100 °C and will flash in the LCD display (5)
5 times and then stop.
To change the temperature setting, press the Up or Down button (f) to select your
desired setting. The new setting will also flash 5 times and then stop.
STEAMING/WARMING TRAY
Use this tray (2) to steam or warm vegetables, or other foods. Put a small amount
of water in the bottom of the cooking pan (3) and place the tray with desired food
on top of the pan. Use the TEMP mode at max. 100 °C or lower, but NEVER more
than 100 °C.
CLEANING
• Clean the device after every use.
• Unplug the Oven/Steamer and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
• Clean the outside with damp cloth and dry with a clean soft cloth. Do not
immerse.
• The cooking pan and steaming tray are not dishwasher safe so must be
cleaned in hot, soapy water.
• Rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Make sure the device has been cleaned properly before storing it in a dry
place.
