07 Time screen
Shows the current driven time distance. This can be reset to
zero by keeping the MINUS button pressed longer (+- 2 seconds),
when this setting is currently selected. Trip and Time are
combined, so reset in either one will reset both values.
Time is in hours and can go up to 999999 hours and 59 minutes.

Shows the current total driven distance.
This setting can be reset by keeping the PLUS and MINUS
buttons both pressed at the same time for 15 seconds,
when this setting is currently selected.
Can go up to 999999 km.
