Head Restraint Adjustment
The purpose of the head restraint adjustment is to maximize
side impact protection for the child’s head and properly position
the vehicle shoulder belt across the child’s body. There are 6
adjustment positions to allow the Vivo / Vivo lite to grow with
your child.
To properly t the child, the red
vehicle shoulder belt routings must
be above the child’s shoulder...
...AND the child’s head must be
centered vertically between the top
and bottom of the head restraint.
Have your child sit in the Vivo /
Vivo lite and check the height of
the head restraint. If the head
restraint height needs to be
adjusted, lift the button at the rear
side of the head restraint and move
the head restraint to the proper
position. Have your child sit upright
in the Vivo / Vivo lite to conrm the
head restraint height is correct.
