next step. T o clear the settings press the “Canc el/Reheat” button and start
adjusting from the beginning.
Note! When adjusting the cooking time remember that each c ooking programme
has its own adjustment range and interval. The c ooking time of some pro-
grammes starts to count down after the appliance reaches its required operat-
ing temperature.
Time Delay Function
The function allows programming the appliance to start cooking at specic
time. The cooking programme can be delayed from 5 minutes up to 24 hours
in 5 minute intervals.
1 . Select and adjust the programme. Press the “Time Delay” button (display
shows blinking minute value).

Use the “Hour/Min” button to switch between the hour and minute adjust

ment modes (selected value is blinking). P ress “+” button to increase and

Press and hold down the “Start / Keep Warm” button. The Time Delay
function starts operating (the timer stops blinking, the time remaining
before the beginning of select ed programme star ts to count down).

T o cancel the adjustments press the “Canc el/Reheat” butt on and star t from
the beginning.
Caution! Avoid using the T ime Delay function for dairy and other perishable
foods (eggs, fresh milk, cheese, etc.).
K eep Warm Function
The function activates automatically at the end of the cooking cycle and keeps
the dish warm at 70-80°С for up to 24 hours. The “C ancel/Reheat” button indi-
cator is lit, the timer counts up the Ke ep Warm time. Press and hold down the
“C ancel/Reheat” button to disable the function if nec essary.
Preliminary Deactivation of Keep W arm Function
T o disable the function in the beginning or during the cooking cycle press and
hold down the “’Star t / K eep Warm” button, until the “Cancel/R eheat” button
indicator goes off. T o enable the function repress and hold do wn the “Star t/ Ke ep
Warm” (The “ Cancel/Reheat” button indicator lights up).
R eheat Function
The REDMOND RMC -M150E multicooker allows reheating cold dishes. T o reheat:
1 . Fill the bowl with cooked f ood.
2 . Close the lid and plug in the unit.
3 . Press and hold down the “ Cancel/Reheat” button until audible signal is
heard. The “Reheat” indicator on the display and the button indicator light
up. The timer starts to count up the R eheat time. The appliance warms
the f ood up t o 70-80°С, and maintains the temperature for up t o 24 hours.
T o stop the reheating, press and hold do wn the “ Cancel/R eheat” butt on
until the corresponding indicators go off .
Non-volatile Memory
The REDMOND RMC -M150E multicooker is a non-volatile memory unit. In case
of a power cut -off the device stores current settings (including the Time Delay
and V oice Guide functions) for a period of time up to 2 hours. If the power
supply resumes during this time period, the multicook er continues its operation
without any memory loss.
“MASTERCHIEF” Function
The REDMOND RMC -M150E multicooker is equipped with a v ersatile function
“MASTERCHIEF” , which makes the cooking options nearly endless. The function
allows you to make up to 10 time and temperature adjustments during one
cooking cycle ( except the “EXPRESS” and “ YOGUR T” programmes). Within 3
minutes after the c ooking cycle is completed the entire sequenc e of the time
and temperature adjustments can be saved to the appliance memory . Use the
“MASTERCHIEF” function to create your own cooking programmes with unique
temperature modes.
The c ooking time of any programme can be adjusted between 1 minute and 15
hours in 1 minute intervals. When the cooking time is set t o 00 hours 00 minutes,
the appliance enters either standby or Keep Warm mode, depending on earlier
settings. The cooking temperature can be adjusted between 35 and 180°C in
5°C intervals.
T o Adjust Cooking Time and T emperature (create a new programme)
1 .
Press the “Menu” button repeatedly t o select the cooking programme
(ex cept “EXPRESS” and “YOGUR T”). Press and hold down the “Start/K eep
Warm” button. The “Star t / Keep Warm” and the “Cancel/R eheat” button
indicators light up. The c ooking cycle begins.
2 . T o disable Ke ep Warm in advance, press and hold down the “Start/K eep
Warm” button (the “ Cancel/R eheat” butt on indicator goes off ). Repress
“Start/Keep W arm” to enable the function if necessary .
3 . T o adjust the cooking time and the temperature during the cooking cy cle
press and hold down the “Time Delay” button until audible signal is heard.
4 .
The display shows blinking value of the remaining cooking cycle time.
Use “ – ” button (to reduce) and “+” button (to increase) the time value. T o
switch between minutes and hours press the “Hour/Min” button (see the
“T o Adjust Cooking Time” chapter).
5 . T o enter the temperature adjustment mode press the “Timer/t°С” button.
The display shows the t emperature value of the next cooking stage. The
default cooking temperature of “MUL TICOOK” is the previously entered
temperature value; the default temperature of other c ooking programmes
is 100°C. Use “ – ” button to reduce and “+” button to increase the tempera-
ture value.

T o save the adjustments do not press any button for 10 seconds. The
cooking cycle resumes with adjusted settings. The digits on the display
stop blinking.
7.
T o make new time and temperature adjustments repeat steps 3-6. The
programme can be adjusted up to 10 times during one cooking cycle.
T o Save the Adjusted Programme
The appliance can save your adjustments, replacing the old programme with
the new one. Af ter the cooking cycle is complet e an audible signal is heard. If
during the c ooking cycle the programme has been adjusted, the timer starts to
count down from 3 minutes (in 1-se cond increments). Press and hold down the
“+” and “ – ” butt ons simultaneously before the countdo wn is completed. If you
do not want the device to save your adjustments, press “ Cancel/R eheat” .
After the programme is saved, depending on current settings the appliance
enters either the K eep Warm (the “C ancel/Reheat” button indicator lights up ,
the timer counts up the K eep Warm time) or the standb y mode.
The Ke ep Warm function in the adjusted programme will be enabled/disabled
depending on whether it was enabled/disabled in the end of the cooking c ycle.
If the temperature in the end of the c ooking cycle is below 75°C, the K eep Warm
function will be automatically disabled ne xt time you run the programme.
T o Run the Saved Programme
1 . Use the “Menu” button to select the programme that was previously ad-
justed and saved. Instead of the default c ooking time display shows «– —
– –» sign.
2 . Delay the programme if nec essary.
3 . Press and hold down the “Start / Ke ep Warm” button. The “Start / K eep
Warm” and the “ Cancel/Reheat” button indicators light up. The total cook-
ing time is displayed, the cooking cycle begins, and the timer star ts to
count down the c ooking time of the programme.

Press and hold down the “Star t /K eep W arm” button to disable Keep Warm
cooking programme; to increase the temperature in the t emperature
adjustment mode.
6 . The “Start/ Keep W arm” button is used to activate the selected cooking
programme; to disable K eep Warm in advanc e. The button is designed to
accommodat e the visually impaired users.
7. The “Timer/t°С” button is used to enter cooking time adjustment mode;
to select between time and temperature adjustment modes (in programme
“MUL TICOOK”).

I . PRIOR T O THE FIRST USE
Carefully remove the multicooker and its acc essories from the packaging.
Dispose all packaging materials.
Ke ep all warning labels, including the serial number identication label lo

cated on the housing. The absence o f the serial number will deprive you of your
warranty benets!
Wipe the housing of the appliance with a sof t, damp cloth and let it dry . Clean
the appliance following “ General Maintenance Guidelines” to prevent extrane-
ous odours during the rst use.
After transportation or storage at low temperature allow the applianc e to stay
at room temperature for at least 2 hours before use
II . OPERA TING MUL TICOOKER
Before Operating
Place the appliance on a at, stable, and hard surface away from wallpaper,
decorative coatings, or any other objects or cabinets that could be damaged by
steam, humidity , or high t emperatures.
Before operating, make sure that the outer and inner parts of the multicooker
have no dents, cracks or any other visible damages. There should not be any
obstructions between the heating element and the bowl.
Fill the removable bowl with food rst and then position it inside the multi-
cook er, to prevent contamination of the c ooking chamber.
Never operate the unit without the remo vable bowl in place. Doing so may
cause ov erheating and lead to malfunction.
Never operate the unit without food or liquid inside the remo vable bowl, to
prevent ov erheating that may cause damage to the non-stick c oating.
Do not operate the unit in case of any malfunctions.
V oice Guide
The REDMOND RMC -M150E multicooker is equipped with a Voice Guide function,
which talks you through the entire cooking proc ess, providing with detailed
information about current settings and adjustments. The function automati-
cally activates af ter the device is plugged in. Press and hold down the “Hour/
Min” button in the standby mode t o disable the function if necessary . R epress
and hold the button down to reactivate the function.
