    • ich hatte das gleiche Problem. Bin endlich fündig geworden.
      Man muss die vordere Abdeckung öffnen, und ganz oben gibt es einen Hebel, bei dem man einstellen kann ob man ein Briefkuvert oder ein DIN A4 Blatt bedrucken möchte... Danach ging es einwandfrei. Beantwortet 9-1-2022 at 10:03
