We would like to remind the user that the voltage supply to
the appliance should be switched on in order to be able to
use the shower cabin. The power supply may be switched
off after use. If you are going to be away for a long period
(for example on holiday), we advise you to switch off the
power to the cabin.
If the unit does not work properly, the USER should switch
off the power to the shower cabin and contact the nearest
Service Centre.
Attention: The temperature of the water should be set
using the mixing tap (M).
If no power is available, the hand shower may
be used using the manually operated control
system (D) located above the mixer (M).
Keep the key pressed for several
seconds and a selection menu will
then appear.

FUNCTIONS THAT ARE CONTROLLED
BY THE TWO-POSITION SWITCH “D”
Hand shower function (manually operated)
Turn the two-position switch (D) anti-clockwise
to the symbol printed on the panel.
Head shower function (manually operated)
Turn the two-position switch (D) clockwise
to the symbol printed on the panel.
ATTENTION: When the two-position switch is in
the centre, it is switched-off.

The user should ensure the following:

in accordance with the national rules and regulations
and standards applicable in this area, in accordance
with the descriptions contained in the first and second
part of this manual.

He should periodically check the proper working of the
earth leakage circuit breaker (of the electrical
installation).
Place the thermostat in the position
with the highest temperature. Keep
the key pressed for several
seconds. A selection menu will then
appear.

Under the KIWA certification, Riho products are
optimally designed to prevent the growth of bacteria
(legionella). However, we go a step further, by using
a rinsing function. This function places you in a position
to flush out the pipeline network without your having to
come into contact with the water. This applies only to
electrically operated functions.
The flushing of the hand shower has to be done
manually.
Scroll down with the key to the
symbol ( ), and then press .

Now press if you wish to accept the
program, which has a run time of 7
minutes. Then close the door and
start the program after 30 seconds.
The functions that are being rinsed
will then light up. The time remaining
in the program can be seen on the
right at the bottom of the screen.
If you do not wish to switch on the
function, press . The default screen
will appear after the function has
been run or cancelled.
STEAM FUNCTION
You can start the steam function by
pressing the key. The standard
steam program will start up.
The cabin shall heat up to 40°C.
After reaching the appropriate
temperature, the steam time set will
start running. The countdown time
will appear on the right bottom of the
display. This time and temperature
should be set below the steam
function.
If you want to carry out steaming for
a longer or shorter time, press
for the desired steam time. The time
set can be seen at the right, bottom
part of the screen. When you have
set the desired time, press . You
can now set the desired temperature.
By pressing the keys until the
desired temperature is set. These
settings may be made at any time
during the cycle.

The door of the cabin should be kept closed during
the heating phase.
When
the steam cycle is completed, the cabin will switch off
automatically. After steaming, the steam generator will
be emptied; this can be seen from the flashing LED
above the steam function.
You can then no longer switch on the steam function
until the idle run cycle has been completed (the flashing
will then stop).
ATTENTION: The temperature indication on the control
system may deviate a few degrees from the
temperature in the shower cabin. This depends on the
location in the room and on the ambient temperature.
Don’t enter the cabin untill the pre-
set temperature is realised. (20 minutes max.)
You cannot switch on any massage
jets during the steam function. If you
still try to do this, a key will appear on
the screen. Conversely, the same will
show blocking. You will however be
able to operate the radio or light
function.
AROMA STEAM DISTRIBUTOR
Your steam cabin is equipped with an aroma steam
distributor. The steam emerges from the openings A
and a few drops of essential oils can be added via B.
ATTENTION: the discharge (A) from the steam nozzle
is hot, so do not place any part of your body or any
objects in front of the steam. This can cause serious
burn injuries.
ATTENTION: Never cover the outlet (A) under any
circumstances this would create pressure in the steam
generator.
ATTENTION: Do not use any colour or aggressive
essential oils that may corrode the material of your
shower cabin. Consult the supplier of the essential oils.
