• Verifications

Check that the device is not branch.

Check that the removable cooking bowl

is correctly inserted in its housing: push it in then turn it
clockwise until you hear the closing click indicating that the bowl is properly seated . fixed.

To stare then the blade of kneading (9) on the axis workout in the turning in the sense of the
clockwise until you hear a click indicating the blade is secure.

Place the appliance in the center of the tab e or at a minimum distance of 30 cm from any vertical
surface (wall, etc...).

- Ingredients

following the instructions in the recipe.

Usually the water or liquids should be put in first, then the sugar, salt and flour, and add the
baker's yeast last.
•
as rye flour , which give heavier doughs , it is advisable to reverse the order of integration of the
ingredients: first the flour and the yeast, then the salt and the sugar, and finish by the liquids .
•
Make a hole with the finger in the flour on a side , then to pay the yeast inside.
Attention : the salt kill the yeast. the salt and the yeast not have to never to enter in contact
during
filling
the
tank.

• Setting _ walking

Close the lid of the device.

Plug the device into a socket connected to the Earth.

As soon as the appliance is plugged in, an audible signal sounds and the LED on the MENU selection
button ( 7) lights up in the BASIC position: this is the default starting position when no selection has
been made by the user

• Choice of a program

Press the MENU selection button (7) to choose one of the five programs
:
BASIC,
WHOLEWHEAT , QUICK, PASTA, COOKING.

Each time you press it, an audible signal sounds and the indicator light corresponding to the
program lights up to signal the selection.

• BASIC
Full duration
: 3 hours.
Kneading, rising dough and baking bread.
Possibility of adding other ingredients to improve the taste.

- WHOLEWHEAT _
Complete duration: 3H40.
Kneading, rising of the dough and baking of wholemeal bread.
This mode has a longer preheating time in order to absorb the water and make the dough rise.

• QUICK
Complete duration:
1H38.
Kneading, rising dough and baking bread with baker's yeast or baking powder. The bread obtained
with this program is in principle smaller, with a denser texture.
