Q. My RoboMop g ets stuck. What should I d o?
A. Yo ur RoboMop may occasionally get stuck, especially i n rooms that
it has not cleaned before. If it does get stuck, R oboMop will try to free
itself by t ur ning i n different d irections. If it cannot free itself, move or
block any object that RoboMop g ets stuck on o r u nder . Once t he
problem areas have been amended, pick up y our RoboMop and
reposition. Your R oboMop m ight get stuck for several reasons.
1. It i s wedged o r pinned between or under narrowly spaced objects.
2. RoboMop bumps into objects and r epositions t hem i n such a way
that an e xi t path no longer exists.

For o ptimal c leaning perf ormance , clear y our floor of objec ts just a s you would
before using a r egular vacuum cleaner. Do not leav e the following it ems on
the floor: clothing , loose papers, pull cor ds for blinds or curtains, po wer cords,
or any fragile it ems. RoboMop cont acts walls, furniture and other objects as
it cleans, so please r emove any items that may be pushed and knocked o ver
by light contact from RoboMop . If your r oom does not have a door , or there is
access to a stairway wher e RoboMop can fall down the st airs, simply block of f
the area with either a chair , plant, gate or other object.

fragile items. R oboMop c ontacts walls, f ur niture and o ther objects a s it cleans, so
please r emove any items that may be pushed and knocked over by light conta ct
from RoboMop. If your room does not have a doo r , or there is access to a stairway
where R oboMop can fall d own the stairs, simply block off the a rea with either a
chair, plant, gate or other object.

Q. My R oboMop g ets stuck. What should I do?
A. Your RoboMop may o ccasionally get stuck, especially in r ooms t hat
it has not cleaned b efore. If it d oes g et stuck, RoboMop will tr y to f ree
itself by tu rning i n different directions. If i t cannot free itself, m ove o r
block any object t hat R oboMop g ets s tuck on or unde r. Once the
problem areas have b een a mended, p ick u p your RoboMop a nd
reposition. Your RoboMop might g et s tuck for several reasons.
1. It is w edged o r pinned betw een or under n arrowly s paced objects.
2. RoboMop bumps i nto objects and repositions them i n s uch a way
that an exit p ath no longer exists.
