Taking care of your camera
• Clean the camera with a soft cloth.
• Only use lens cleaning paper and lens cleaning solu-
tion on the front lens.
• Protect the camera against sand and water.
• Keep the camera in a cool, dry and dust-free place.
Never leave it in a place where heat may cause
“sweating”, e.g. in a parked car. Keep the camera
out of direct sunlight as much as possible.
• Under no circumstances clean the camera body with
alcohol or a chemical solvent .
• The camera is designed to work at temperatures be-
tween 50 °C and -10 °C.
Important information
• If a fault occurs in your camera, take it to your dealer
or send it to the Rollei Customer Service Department.
No DIY repairs, please! The camera contains a high-
voltage circuit that may cause injury if handled im-
properly.
• Protect the camera against vibrations and impact. If
the camera is dropped, have it thoroughly checked
before using it again.
• Low temperatures can impair the operation of the
camera. At temperatures below 7 °C, keep the cam-
era and batteries warm until immediately before
shooting.
• Avoid abrupt changes of temperature, since conden-
sation can seriously damage the interior of the cam-
era.
• At temperatures above 40 °C avoid firing the flash
repeatedly at short intervalls.
• Dispose of used batteries in a special waste container
(where available). Never throw them out with your
household refuse.
