Operation

DEFAULT SETTINGS

After having inserted the mains plug to make the device

ready for operation, you must enter the current time and

date to ensure it is displayed correctly.

Setting

1. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to choose the correct value

and conﬁ rm with the MODE button.Enter the following

values in succession: Year/Month/Day/Hour/Minute.

You can then enter your personal data. This is necessary

since otherwise diverse programmes and tests will not work

correctly or will display incorrect results. You can save up to

9 user proﬁ les (U1–U9). If there are already user proﬁ les

stored in the device, you can now choose a proﬁ le with the

UP/DOWN buttons and conﬁ rm with the MODE button.

Entry User Proﬁ le

1. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to choose the required user

proﬁ le (U1–U9) and conﬁ rm with the MODE button.

2. Now enter the following values with the UP/DOWN but-

tons (values) and MODE button (conﬁ rmation):

A) GENDER (♀/♂)

B) AGE (AGE)

C) HEIGHT (HGT)

D) WEIGHT (WGT)

BUTTON FUNCTIONS

START/STOP:

Start and stop your training with this button.

AUF/AB (UP/DOWN):

You can select various programmes and values with the UP/

DOWN buttons. You can also increase or reduce the intensity

levels during your workout with these buttons.

ZURÜCKSTELLEN (RESET):

This button will reset the value you just entered. If the

RESET button is pressed for approx. 4 seconds, this will reset

all set programme values. You can then choose one of the

9 user proﬁ les (U1–U9).

MODUS (MODE):

With this button you can conﬁ rm your selected programmes

and values (such as workout parameters, personal data,

etc.). During your workout you can call up different display

information with this button.

KÖRPERFETT (BODY FAT):

This button starts the body fat analysis. Please refer to the

Body Fat Analysis chapter for more information.

TEST:

The TEST button lets you carry out a ﬁ tness test. Please

refer to the Fitness Test chapter for more information.
