Choosing the wakeup programme:
Now you can choose how you wish to be woken up: simply press the button of your choice:
• Button (7) = Invigorating wakeup setting
• Button (8) = Gentle wakeup setting
• Button (9) = Personalised wakeup setting
For complete wakeup programme setting information, refer to Points 8 –9 and 10.
Later on, if you wish to change the sound setting without waking your partner, you can scroll
between the sounds using button (20) . The last selected sound symbol remains lit
without making any sound. After 7 seconds it is selected.
You can listen to the radio at any time using your dawn simulator.
To do this, simply press button (4) FM: the radio comes on.
To stop the radio: press button (4) FMagain: the radio switches off.
1) To set the radio station:
- 1- Press button (4) FM. The radio frequency setting is displayed in place of the hour digits.
- 2- Press the + or – buttons (5 or 6) to find the desired radio frequency. Once the radio station is set,
after five seconds the frequency display stops blinking.
Your radio station is selected. The time reappears on the digital display.
- 3- Press button (4) FM to switch the radio off.
2) To set the radio volume:
- Press the volume button + or – (22) to raise or lower the sound level.
Your Sunshine® dawn simulator has three different wakeup programmes: Gentle wakeup, Invigorating wakeup
and Personalised wakeup, all of which are explained in detail in Points 8, 9 and 10.
1) GENTLE wakeup
When you choose the Gentle wakeup programme you will be awoken by a soft
yellow-orange tone of light that becomes progressively brighter over a 45-minute
period, until the wakeup time that you set, followed by soft music playing "Zen
energy" to start the day calm and relaxed.

If you press buttons 5 or 6 for more than two seconds, the digits will scroll quickly.
