If you are having trouble with your oven, try the following.
If a problem persists, send your oven to the nearest approved Rowenta Service Centre. See
the list of Rowenta authorized service centres or contact the Rowenta consumer service:

Black screen display. The oven is not connected.
Check the connection of the
oven.
The lamp does not work. The bulb is blown. Change the light bulb.
The oven beeps
continuously and displays
“Err”.
Initialisation error.
Unplug the appliance for
30 seconds and plug it in
again.
