Take it to a collection point or an approved service centre so that it can be recycled.
- Microfilter*: Remove the microfilter* and replace it with a new one (ref. ZR0039 01).
• The electronic power regulator* is in the minimum position: increase the power using the electronic power
regulator* (unless you are cleaning fragile fabrics).
• The mechanical power regulator on the grip is open: close the mechanical power regulator.
IF THE BAG FULL LIGHT STAYS RED
• The bag is saturated: replace the paper bag* (17a) or the Wonderbag Compact* (17c), or empty the textile bag*
(17b).
IF THE LID DOES NOT CLOSE (bag presence detector 11b activated)
• Check that the bag and bag support (15) are present and properly positioned.
IF THE TOOL ATTACHMENT IS DIFFICULT TO MOVE
• Open the regulator slot on the grip or decrease power.
• Check that the position of the nozzle (22) is suitable for the surface being hoovered: for rugs and carpets use the
nozzle with the brush retracted - fig.4, for wood and hard floors, use the nozzle with the brush out - fig.5.
IF THE POWER CORD DOES NOT WIND UP COMPLETELY
• The cord slowed down as it was winding up: bring the cord back out and press the cord winder pedal again.
IF YOUR VACUUM CLEANER STOPS WHILE IN OPERATION
• The overheating protective device has been triggered. Check that the tube and the pipe are not blocked or that the bag or

If the problem persists, take your vacuum cleaner to the nearest Rowenta Approved Service Centre.
