GENERAL WARNINGS
SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION INSTRUCTIONS
The safety and accident prevention instructions are reported in
the “SAFETY INSTRUCTION” booklet which forms an integral part
of these documents; the operating instructions indicate the addi-
tional information required specifically for use of the tool.
Never use the tools without the safety guards.
Any operations carried out on the tool must be effected with the
power supply disconnected.
Before starting the tool, ensure that it is held tightly and not in
contact with the work surface.
The tool must always be used with the protective shield mounted.
Wear clothing suited to the work you are about to perform.
The abrasive wheel and the abrasive disc pad must be correctly
mounteds and tighteneds.
Make sure that the sparks caused during work do not create
danger by hitting people or inflammable substances.
If harmful dust is formed during work, wear an appropriate face
mask and observe the safety norms valid for the processed work
piece.
During tool use pieces of the wheel of work material may break off
causing serious injuries to people or things: remember to always
use all personal protection devices (such as gloves, headphones,
goggles, etc.) according to laws in force to prevent or reduce acci-
dent probability.
Warning!the appliance continues to work for a few seconds after
it has been switched off!
SPECIFIC USE
Strictly observe the recommendations for use indicated by the
manufacture of the abrasives.
Before use make sure that the abrasive wheel or abrasive disc pad
operating characteristics are compatible with those of the machine
and that they are not brokens or worns.
Make sure that the abrasive wheel or abrasive disc pad are as-
sembleds, handleds and storeds with care according to the
manufacturer's indications.
The machine must not be operated in humid environments or in
the presence of flammable gas or liquids.
Do not use the wheel cutting edge as grinder.
Make sure the work piece is sufficiently fastened.
In the event of improper use, the user is fully liable for any damages
or accidents.
