Ultimate Accuracy Scale
Capable of weighing from 0.1g all the way to 10kg, this unique dual platform scale
gives you unparalleled precision in the kitchen.
BATTERY 3 x AAA. Ensure +/- terminals are the correct way round.
SWITCH ON 1. Place bowl* on scale before switching on. 2. Press q button.
3. Wait until display shows 0.
* Use a light-weight bowl on the Ultimate Precision Platform.
SELECTING A PLATFORM The platforms can be toggled between throughout use
using the icon.
To select the large, high capacity platform
The high capacity platform has a 10kg capacity, with 1g increments.
To select the high capacity platform, select the large platform on the icon.
The large, high capacity platform will light up to show it is selected.
To select the small, ultimate precision platform
The ultimate precision platform has a 200gram capacity, with 0.1g increments.
To select the ultimate precision platform, select the small platform on the icon.
The small, ultimate precision platform will light up to show it is selected.
ADD & WEIGH To weigh several dierent ingredients in one bowl, select zero and
wait for the display to reset to zero between each ingredient. The zero button will
only zero the selected platform.
CHANGING BETWEEN UNITS Press unit button to scroll through until the desired
unit is reached.
To measure solids by weight: Select g (grams) or oz (ounces)
To measure water by volume (Aquatronic™): Select ml (millilitres) or fl.oz (fluid
ounces)
AUTO SWITCH OFF Auto switch-o occurs if display shows 0 for 1minute or shows
the same weight reading for 3 minutes.
MANUAL SWITCH OFF To maximise battery life press q button after use to switch
o.

CLEANING & CARE
• If the scale is not to being used for a long period, remove the battery.
Always remove flat batteries immediately.
• Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. DO NOT immerse the scale in water or
use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.
• All plastic parts should be cleaned immediately after contact with fats, spices,
vinegar and strongly flavoured/coloured foods. Avoid contact with acids such as
citrus juices.
WEEE EXPLANATION This marking indicates that this product should not be
disposed with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible
harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle
it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your
used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer
where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe
recycling.
BATTERY DIRECTIVE This symbol indicates that batteries must not be disposed
of in the domestic waste as they contain substances which can be damaging to the
environment and health. Please dispose of batteries in designated collection points.
GUARANTEE This product is intended for domestic use only. Salter will repair or
replace the product, or any part of this product, (excluding batteries) free of charge
if within 15 years of the date of purchase, it can be shown to have failed through
defective workmanship or materials. This guarantee covers working parts that
aect the function of the product. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused
by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident or misuse. Salter shall not be
responsible for any type of incidental, consequential or special damages. Opening
or taking apart the product or its components will void the guarantee. Claims under
guarantee must be supported by proof of purchase and be returned carriage paid
to Salter (or local Salter appointed agent if outside the UK). Care should be taken in
packing the product so that it is not damaged while in transit. This undertaking is in
addition to a consumer’s statutory rights and does not aect those rights in any way.

l’icône .
Le grand plateau à haute capacité s’allume pour indiquer qu’il est sélectionné.
Pour sélectionner le petit plateau à haute précision
Le plateau à haute précision propose une capacité de 200 g par paliers de 0,1 g.
Pour sélectionner le plateau à haute précision, sélectionnez le petit plateau sur
l’icône .
Le petit plateau à haute précision s’allume pour indiquer qu’il est sélectionné.
ADJOUTER ET PESER Pour peser diérents ingrédients dans un bol, sélectionnez
zéro puis attendez que l’écran réinitialise entre chaque ingrédient. Le bouton zéro
réinitialisera uniquement le plateau sélectionné.
CHANGER D’UNITES Appuyez sur le bouton unité (unit) pour parcourir les unités et
sélectionnez celle qui vous convient.
Pour mesurer les solides par poids : Sélectionnez g (grammes) ou oz (onces)
Pour mesurer les volumes d’eau (Aquatronic™) : Sélectionnez ml (millilitres) ou
fl.oz (onces liquides)
L’ARRÊT AUTOMATIQUE L’arrêt automatique se marche si l’achage montre 0
pendant 1 minute ou (une lecture de) un poids pendant 3 minutes.
LA MISÉ SUR ARRÊT Pour optimiser l’autonomie de la batterie appuyez sur le
bouton q après l’avoir utilisé pour l’arrêter.
