Communication RS – if this option is enabled, it is possible to connect a computer with

GUARDX program to the LCD keypad RS-232 port.

Quick control [Control (8#)] – if this option is enabled, the OUTS CONTROL user function can

be started by pressing in turn the 8 keys (without the need to enter the user code).

Zones

For each of the keypad zones can be defined whether it will be used or not.

Auto-backlight

If the backlight of display or keys is to be turned on automatically, you can define whether

and which event will additionally turn on the backlight:

No – backlight will be turned on only when pressing any key.

Viol. of zone – backlight will be additionally turned on when the selected zone is violated.

Entry delay in part. – backlight will be additionally turned on when starting the entry delay

countdown in the selected partition.

In the case of the INTEGRA 256 Plus control panel, violation of the zone numbers

from 129 to 256 can turn on backlight in the INT-KLFR / INT-TSG / INT-TSH keypads

and keypads with the following firmware version:

− INT-KLCD / INT-KLCDR – 1.12 (or newer),

− INT-KLCDK / INT-KLCDL / INT-KLCDS – 6.12 (or newer),

− INT-KSG – 2.00 (or newer).

Tamper signaled in part. [Tamper in part.] – partition where alarm will be triggered in the

event of keypad tamper, triggering the alarm from keypad etc.

7.1.2 Volume/filter

You can adjust the volume level for INT-KLCD, INT-KLCDR and INT-KLFR keypads.

Volume – volume level of the beeps generated during keypad operation (key pressing,

confirmation of performed operation, etc.).

Volume – chime – volume level of the beeps generated after zone violation (CHIME).

Volume – entry delay – volume level of the entry delay beeps.

Volume – exit delay – volume level of the exit delay beeps.

Volume – fire – volume level of the fire alarm beeps.

Volume – alarm – volume level when signaling burglar, panic and medical alarms.

Card reader filter [Sensitivity] – the level of signal filtering by the proximity card reader

(when programming from the keypad: 1 – minimal filtering, 10 – maximal filtering). Higher

filtering level is useful where noise occurs, causing the reader to malfunction. This

parameter is available for the INT-KLCDR keypad with firmware version 1.06 (or newer)

and for other keypads provided with a built-in reader.

7.1.3 State inspections

Key hold-down

Some functions can be run by the users without having to enter the code.

1 – zone state [Zones] – if this option is enabled, the user can press and hold down the key

with number 1 for 3 seconds to check the state of zones.

4 – partitions armed [Partitions] – if this option is enabled, the user can press and hold

down the key with number 4 for 3 seconds to check the state of partitions.
