15.1.5 “Names: INT-VG / Control panel” tab

Messages from the “Names” group and notification messages are presented in the tabs. Next

to each message, a name or notification message from the control panel may be displayed.

The data from control panel are presented, if one of the following conditions is met:

 VG-SOFT program was started using the button available in the DLOADX program

(“VERSA – Structure” window “Hardware” tab “INT-VG module”),

 the file with control panel data has been imported to the VG-SOFT program.

Double click on enables names / messages to be copied from the control panel to the

voice module.

Importing the control panel data file

1. Click “File” “Import” “DLOADX data file”. A dialog window will be displayed.

2. Indicate location of the file containing control panel data (file with *.xcx extension – you

can export the file from the DLOADX program by clicking “File” “Export/Import”

“Export file”).

3. Click on the “Open” button. The data from control panel will be imported.

15.1.6 Status bar

The following information is presented on the status bar:

 firmware version of the built-in INT-VG voice module,

 identifier of INT-VG module (assigned by the VG-SOFT program),

 identifier of the data file (assigned by the VG-SOFT program).

15.2 Running the VG-Soft program for the first time

1. Connect the USB port of control panel to the computer port.

2. Start the VG-SOFT program using the button available in the DLOADX program (“VERSA

– Structure” window “Hardware” tab “INT-VG module”). Connection of the DLOADX

program with the control panel will be automatically interrupted.

Do not resume the connection between DLOADX program and control panel as long

as you are configuring the voice module by means of the VG-SOFT program.

3. When a window is displayed with a prompt whether to connect to the voice module, click

“Yes”.

4. When a window is displayed with a prompt whether to read the module data, click “Yes”.

The program will read data from the module.

5. If you want to use the user messages in the voice menu, configure respectively the

messages from “Names” group (you can copy the names from the control panel in the

“Names: INT-VG / Control panel” tab).

6. If the control panel is to notify of events by means of voice messages, enter the content of

notification messages (You can copy the content of notification messages from the control

panel in the “Names: INT-VG / Control panel” tab).

7. In the “Messages” tab, select the software voice synthesizer you want to be used for

synthesizing the messages, and then click on “Synthesize all”.

8. If macro commands are to be available in the voice menu, configure them in the “Macros”

tab.

9. Click on the button to write data to the voice module.
