AUX Input

You can connect the audio output of an external device such as a CD or MP3 player to this unit to

listen to the sound of that device through the amplier of this music system.

1. Switch the unit on as described above.

2. Select AUX mode by pressing the STANDBY

/MODE button repeatedly.

3. To connect the external device please use a standard stereo audio cable (3.5 mm to 3.5 mm

plugs) (not included) to connect the headphone out or audio line out of the external device to the

AUX input socket of this unit.

4. Switch the external device (e.g. MP3 player) on.

5. Start playback of the external device and adjust the volume of RW 260BT and the connected

device to the desired level.

6. Remember to switch off the unit when you are nished using the external device.

Bluetooth

Wireless Playback

This unit can wirelessly stream audio from any Bluetooth

device within approximately 10 metres.

Obstacles such as walls and other devices may limit this range.

Simply pair the device and enjoy wireless playback and control from your compatible Bluetooth

device.

1. Switch the unit on and select the Bluetooth

mode by pressing the STANDBY /MODE button.

The Bluetooth

symbol

will be ashing in the display.

2. Turn on the Bluetooth

function in your device. Please refer to your device’s manual for further

details.

3. Go to your device’s Bluetooth

settings.

Add or search for devices.

When the model no. “RW 260BT” appears, select the device.

If asked for a pass code, enter “0000”.

4. Your device is now paired with RW 260BT.

5. Once a device is connected, the Bluetooth

symbol

will be shown steadily in the display.

6. You can now play music on your device, it will be heard over the unit speakers.

7. The unit automatically connects to your external device if it has been paired with the unit before,

unless RW 260BT is currently connected via Bluetooth

to another device.

Notes:

• Only one device can be connected and played at a time.

• If you have selected Bluetooth

for wake up mode, make sure that your device is paired and

within reach of RW 260BT and that your music app is active (also see “Alarm Setting”).

Volume Control

• Increase and decrease the volume using the VOLUME buttons on the RW 260BT and using the

volume controls on your connected device.

• Additionally you can set the equalizer on your connected device in order to reach the perfect

sound.

Note:

• If there is no playback, ensure that neither the unit nor your Bluetooth

device are set to zero

volume and the right device for playback is paired and connected.

Hands Free Function

• When you receive a phone call on the connected device during Bluetooth

playback, the music

will be muted and you will hear an audio signal. You can now answer the phone call either on

your connected device or on the RW 260BT by pressing the Play/Pause button.

• The caller’s voice will now be heard on the speakers of RW 260BT and you can speak freely.

Your voice will be transferred over the microphone of RW 260BT.
