että luette käyttöohjeen tekstin kokonaan läpi ennen ko-

neen asentamista ja käyttöönottoa.

Näiden käyttöohjeiden avulla opitte tuntemaan koneen ja

sen käyttöso vellukset.

Käyttöohjeet sisältävät monia tärkeitä ohjeita koneen

turvallisesta, asiantuntevasta ja taloudellisesta käytöstä.

Käyttöohje auttaa myös väIttämään vaaratilanteet, sääs-

tämään huoltokustannuksissa ja pitämään koneen pitem-

pään ja varmemmin toimintakunnossa.

Tähän käyttöohjeeseen oheistettujen turvamääräysten li-

säksi on noudatettava muita Suomessa voimassa olevia,

koneen käyttöön liittyviä turvamääräyksiä.

Käyttöohjeita on aina säilytettävä koneen läheisyydessä

työskentelyn koneella, on ensin tutustuttava huolella käyt-

Yleisiä ohjeita

• Kun olet purkanut koneen kuljetuspakkauksesta, tar-

kasta että yhdessäkään osassa ei ole kuljetusvaurioita.

Jos löydät vaurioita, ilmoita niistä heti koneen myy-

jälle.

• Myöhemmin tehtyjä ilmoituksia ei hyväksytä.

• Varmista, että toimitussisältö on täydellinen.

• Ennen kun otat koneen käyttöön, tutustu koneeseen

lukemalla tämän käyttöohje huolellisesti läpi.

• Käytä vain Herkulesin alkuperäisiä vara- ja kulutusosia.

• Kun tilaat varaosia, muista ilmoittaa samalla koneesi

tyyppi ja valmistusvuosi.

Note:

According to the applicable product liability act, the

manufacturer of this device is not liable for any damage

to this device or other devices that result from

• improper use

• non-compliance with the operating instructions

• repair works carried out by third parties

• non-authorised specialists

• installation and replacement of non-original replace-

ment parts

• non-intended use, failures of the electrical system

when not complying with electrical and VDE regula-

tions 0100, DIN57113, VDE0113.

Our recommendations:

Read the entire operating instructions before installation

and commissioning.

These operating instructions should make the familiarisa-

tion with your machine and its intended use easier.

The operating instructions contain important notes on

how to work safely, professionally and economically with

the machine, prevent danger, safe repair costs, reduce

downtimes and increase the reliability and life cycle of

the machine.

In addition to the safety regulations of these operating

instructions, you must observe the national regulation ap-

plicable in your country for this machine.

Keep the operating instructions in a plastic bag close to

the machine and protected from dirt and humidity. They

must be read and complied with by each person before

commencing his work. The only persons who are allowed

to work with this machine are those who are instructed of

its use and the risks connected to it. The required mini-

mum age has to be observed.

In addition to the safety instructions contained in these

operating instructions and the special national regula-

tions of your country, the generally accepted technical

regulations concerning wood processing machines must

be observed.

General notes

• Check all parts for possible transport damage after

unpacking. The supplier must be informed immedi-

ately in case of complaints. Later complaints are not

accepted.

• Check the delivery for completeness.

• Familiarise yourself with the device before using it by

consulting the operating instructions.

• Only use original parts as accessories as well as worn

and spare parts. You can purchase spare parts from

your Herkules specialist dealer.
