 Do not leave the appliance unattended

while in use.

 To prevent damage to the power cord,

- do not bend or kink the cable, especially

where it leaves the housing,

- do not pull on the cord,

- do not coil the power cord around the

appliance.

 Place the appliance only on its support

surface during use or while it is still hot. Do

not place it on any surface sensitive to heat.

 Keep the hot brush away from the scalp.

 When removing the plug from the wall

socket, never pull on the power cord;

always grip the plug itself.

 Always switch off and remove the

plug from the wall socket after use,

and also

- in case of any malfunction and,

- during cleaning.

 No responsibility will be accepted if damage

results from improper use, or if these

instructions are not complied with.

 This appliance is intended for domestic or

similar applications, such as

- in shops, ofﬁ ces and other similar

working environments,

- in agricultural areas,

- by customers in hotels, motels etc. and

similar establishments,

- in bed-and breakfast type environments.

 In order to comply with safety regulations

and to avoid hazards, repairs of electrical

appliances must be carried out by qualiﬁ ed

personnel, including the replacement of the

power cord. If repairs are needed, please

send the appliance to one of our customer

service departments. The address can be

found in the appendix to this manual.

Operation

Switch positions

The appliance is equipped with a 3-position

switch allowing for the following settings:

Functions:

0 = Off

1 = Half power

2 = Full power

Use

– The round brush is designed for shaping

the hair. To achieve this, the hair should be

divided into single strands (not too thick)

and then spread evenly over the brush,

turning them inwards or outwards as

desired.

– Apply for a few seconds at a time only,

while letting the hot air take effect on the

hair.

– To retract the bristles, press and hold the

bristle retract button. The bristles are now

being retracted into the brush. Afterwards,

the brush can be easily separated from the

hair while the curl stays in shape.

– Let the hair cool down sufﬁ ciently before

brushing it out.

General cleaning and care

 Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it is

disconnected from the power supply and

has cooled down completely.

 To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not

clean the appliance with water and do not

immerse it in water.

– If necessary, the housing may be wiped

with a dry lint-free cloth.

– After use, remove loose hair from the

attachment used.

– Always check the air intake openings for

accumulat

ed lint particles or hair and

remo

ve any found.

Disposal

Do not dispose of old or defective

appliances in domestic garbage; this

should only be done through public

collection points.

Guarantee

This product is guaranteed against defects in

materials and workmanship for a period of

two years from the date of purchase. Under

this guarantee the manufacturer undertakes
