and oven-hob combin ations. Read the inst ruction manua l
supplied with the h obs of oven-hob combinations to f ind out
how the ir hob con trols work .

Check the appliance after removing it from its packagin g. If the
appliance has been damaged in transit, do not connect it to the
mains; contac t the technical suppor t service and note the
damage in writing, ot herwise you may lose your rights to
compe nsatio n.
Electri cal connect ion
Only an au thorised technician may c onnect the appliance. The
warranty is void if any damage is caused by incorrect
conn ection .
Before using the appliance for the first time , ensure that your
domestic electrical system is earthed and meets al l t he current
safe ty regul ations. An autho rised te chnic ian shoul d insta ll and
connect your appliance. Use of this appliance without an earth
connection or incorrectly inst alled can cause serious injuries
(personal inju ries or electrocution ), although this is very rare.
The manufac turer accepts no re sponsibility for any malfunction
or damage which is caused by improper electrical inst allations.
