10. Choose how often you want the client to check for program updates in the
Check for Program Updates
section.
11. Enter the program update location supplied by your system administrator in
the
Folder
field.
12. Click the Modules tab.
13. Click the Show all modules button at the bottom of the screen.
14. Select the email application used at your company.
• Microsoft Outlook-Provider
15. Select Dialing Helper.
16. Select LDAP Directories if your company supports it. Check with your
system administrator.
17. Ensure the Keyboard Manager checkbox is checked.
18. Ensure that the Phone checkbox is checked.
19. If during the installation of the OpenScape Desktop Client you chose the SIP
Provider as your default provider, select the following Module choices. Skip
this step if it does not apply.
• Check the SIP Provider.
• Check the Stimulus Provider
• Ensure the HiPath Provider is unchecked.
• Ensure the CTI Provider is unchecked.
20. If during the installation of the OpenScape Desktop Client you chose the CTI
Provider as your default provider, select the following Module choices. Skip
this step if it does not apply.
• Check the CTI Provider.
• Check the SIP Provider
• Ensure the HiPath Provider is unchecked.
21. If during the installation of the OpenScape Desktop Client you chose the
HiPath Provider as your default provider, select the following Module choices.
Skip this step if it does not apply.
• Check the HiPath Provider.
• Ensure the Stimulus Provider is unchecked.
22. Click OK to update the Advanced tab.
23. Click OK to start the OpenScape Desktop Client.
