DANGER!
RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
► Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect
the power plug from the mains power socket!
There is a risk of electric shock!
NEVER immerse the base in water or
other fluids!
■ It is best to clean the appliance directly after
use. This makes food residues easier to remove.
CAUTION! MATERIAL DAMAGE!
► Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning
materials. These can damage the surface of
the appliance!
■ Wipe the base with a damp cloth. For
stubborn soiling use a mild detergent on the
cloth. Wipe off any detergent residue using a
cloth moistened with clean water.
■ Pull the sealing ring out of the blade holder .
If necessary, use a narrow, blunt object to help
you. Clean the lids /, the blender jugs /
, the blade holder with blade and the
sealing ring in warm water with a mild
detergent. Afterwards, rinse all parts with fresh
water to remove all traces of detergent.
NOTE
You can also clean the lids /, the
blender jugs /, the blade holder
with blade and the sealing ring in
your dishwasher. If possible, place the parts in
the upper basket and ensure that none of the
parts can get stuck. Otherwise they might
deform.
NOTE
If you clean the appliance directly after use, you
can usually achieve sufficiently hygienic cleaning
results for the blender jug / and the blade
holder by using the following alternatives:
► Large blender jug : Fill the large blender jug
with about 500 ml of water and add a few
drops of mild detergent.
Small blender jug : Fill the small blender jug
with about 200 ml of water and add a few
drops of mild detergent.
► Attach the blade holder and screw both
onto the base .
► Activate the "Pulse" function a few times so
that the blade churns through the water.
► Afterwards, rinse the blender jug / and
the blade holder with plenty of clear water
to remove all detergent residues.
■ After cleaning, dry all parts thoroughly.
Storage
■ Store the cleaned appliance in a clean, dust-free
and dry place.
■ You can coil up the cable and fasten it using the
supplied cable clip .
