5.7.3

Smart Mute

You can choose between the following options:

Yes: The Indago will only emit an audible tone if you are travelling above

the speed limit at a safety camera location**.

No: The Indago will emit a warning irrespective of speed (the vehicle must be

travelling above 20 mph).

** A visual warning will always be given.

Auto Mute

Yes: The Indago will provide an audible alert at your set audible level but will then reduce this alert to a lower level after a

few seconds when you are approaching a safety camera.

No: The Indago will continue to emit a tone at a constant audio level until the camera has been passed.

5.7.4

You can choose between the following options:

Yes: Provided you have selected the option to download schools on the Indago

updater software this feature enables the Indago to alert you when you are in

the vicinity of a primary school.

No: The Indago will not provide alerts of Primary schools.

Schools are indicated on the Indago display by the icon

To save the setting press the ‘OK’button of the display If you wish to keep the setting unchanged you can exit the 'Camera

Alert' configuration menu by pressing the return arrow located in the bottom right hand corner of the display.

5.8

This function allows you to alter the audible alerts provided during navigation and to turn the audible beeps on or off whilst

selecting functions on the display. By default both these options are switched ‘ON’. To access this facility press the centre

of the Indago’s display to enter the menu and then press the ‘Configure’ button

at the top of the display. Now press the arrow icon and finally press the

‘Alert’ icon.

To change any of the settings press the relevant box and a tick will appear in

the box to confirm your selection.

5.8.1

You can choose between the following options:

Yes: The unit emits a confirmation tone each time the screen is touched.

No: This will turn off the confirmation beep when the screen is touched.

5.8.2

If you deviate from the Indago’s planned route the Indago will automatically

recalculate a route without any user intervention. To indicate rerouting is in

progress the Indago will emit a tone.

You can choose between the following options:

Yes: The reroute tone will be emitted during recalculation.

No: No reroute tone will be emitted.
