IMPORTANT SAFETY ADVIcE
The following precautionary measures must always be taken when using electrical appliances – most of
all (but not only) when there are children about:
1. Before using the equipment for the first time, please read the operating instructions in full.
2. Keep the operating instructions in a safe place and always hand them to the new owner if
the appliance is passed on.
3. To prevent electrical shock, neither the mixer nor the power cable must be allowed to come
into contact with water or any other liquid.
4. Always take the plug out from the mains before dismantling, assembling or cleaning the appliance.
5. Never use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged, or if the appliance is defective in any other
way. Hand the appliance in to SOLIS or any other servicing company authorised by SOLIS so that it
can be checked and repaired or overhauled mechanically and electrically.
6. Do not use the appliance out of doors.
7. Do not allow the power cable to hang over the edge of a table or worktop, or come into contact
with hot surfaces, including the cooker.
8. The blades are very sharp. Take the greatest possible care with them.
9. Before using the equipment for the first time, check that the voltage shown on the appliance
matches your supply voltage.
10. Do not connect the appliance to the electricity supply before it is fully assembled.
Always take out the plug before disassembling the appliance, and before removing the blade.
11. Children must not use the mixer without supervision.
12. The motor unit, cable and plug must not be allowed to get wet.

The TURBO button uses a pre-set speed, which can not be changed.
17. Always pull the plug out when the machine is going to be unsupervised, or disassembled,
assembled or cleaned.
18. There is a serious risk of injury if the appliance is used improperly.
19. Work extremely carefully when you are using the sharp blades, emptying the containers or
carrying out any cleaning tasks.
20. Switch the appliance off and pull the plug out before you change accessories or come near to
the parts that move when the appliance is operating.

when the appliance has stopped moving.
