The system supports registr ation and c onnection
of the BLUET OO TH devic e and NFC, which enables
data c ommunication by just touching a specifie d

What is pairing?
The BLUET OO TH devic es to be c onnected must be
register ed with each other bef orehand. P airing is
an opera tion of regist ering two devices.
Once a pairing oper ation is performed, it does
not have to be performed again. In the following
cases, however, a pairing operation must be
performed again:

with the BLUET OO TH devic e.
When searching has finished, a list of the

or “SONY :CMT -SBT100B. ” If it does not appear ,
perform the proc edure fr om step 1 again.

ablishing connection with this
system, select the audio profile (A2DP , A VRCP)
on the BLUET OO TH devic e.
ˎIf the BLUET OO TH devic e does not support
A VRCP (Audio Video Remo te Contr ol Pr ofile),

Setting the clock

Recep tion of DAB/D AB+ r adio sta tion

When you turn on the system for the first time
after you purchase the syst em, D AB Automatic
Scan starts automatic ally and crea tes a list of
available services. During the DAB Automatic
Scan, “” appears. Do not press an y
button on the unit or the remo te during D AB
Automatic Sc an. Scanning is int errupted and
service list may not be crea ted pr operly . T o run
the DAB Aut omatic Scan manually , perform the
proc edure of “Running the DAB Automa tic Scan
manually (CMT - SBT100B only). ” If you have moved
to another ar ea, perform the D AB Automa tic
Scan manually and r e-register the c ontents of
broadc asts.
Attaching speak er pads
Attach the supplied speak er pads to the bottom
of the speakers to pr event slipping.
