When connecting to a computer
without the USB port
Use an optional floppy disk adaptor for
“Memory Stick” or a PC card adaptor for
“Memory Stick.”
When purchasing an accessory, check its
catalogue beforehand for the recommended
operating environment.
Notes on using your computer
“Memory Stick” (DCR-TRV22E/
TRV33E only)
•“Memory Stick” operations on your
camcorder cannot be assured if a “Memory
Stick” formatted on your computer is used
on your camcorder, or if the “Memory Stick”
in your camcorder was formatted from your
computer when the USB cable was
connected.
•Do not compress the data on the “Memory
Stick.” Compressed files cannot be played
back on your camcorder.
Software
•Depending on your application software, the
file size may increase when you open a still
image file.
•When you load an image modified using
retouching software from your computer to
your camcorder or when you directly modify
the image on your camcorder, the image
format will differ so a file error indicator may
appear and you may be unable to open the
file.
Communications with your
computer
Communications between your camcorder and
your computer may not recover after
recovering from Suspend, Resume, or Sleep.

a été formaté sur votre ordinateur ou si le
« Memory Stick » dans votre caméscope a été
formaté depuis l’ordinateur alors que le câble
USB était connecté, le fonctionnement du
« Memory Stick » sur votre caméscope n’est
pas garanti.
•Ne compressez pas les données sur le
« Memory Stick ». La lecture des fichiers
compressés est impossible avec ce
caméscope.
Logiciel
•En fonction de votre logiciel d’application, la
taille de fichier peut augmenter lorsque vous
ouvrez un fichier d’image fixe.
•Lorsque vous chargez une image modifiée à
l’aide d’un logiciel de retouche de votre
ordinateur vers le caméscope ou lorsque
vous modifiez directement l’image sur votre
caméscope, le format d’image change. Il est
donc possible qu’un indicateur d’erreur de
fichier s’affiche et que vous ne soyez pas en
mesure d’ouvrir le fichier.

Les communications entre votre caméscope et
votre ordinateur peuvent ne pas reprendre
après la sortie des modes Attente, Reprise ou
Veille.
