Q The player does not work properly

A Refer to “Troubleshooting” of “Operation Guide (PDF le).”

A Reset the player by pressing the RESET button with a

small pin, etc.

All the data (including sample data) and settings you

have stored may be deleted, if you press the RESET

button while any operation is in progress.

Q To initialize (format) the player

A Be sure to format the built-in ash memory using the Menu mode on this player

following the procedure below. (Check all contents before formatting as all data

stored will be erased.)

1 Press and hold the BACK/HOME button in the stop mode until the Home

menu appears.

2 Select (Settings) – “Common Settings” – “Format” – “Yes” – “Yes,” in

this order.

Press the /// button to select the item, and then press the  button to

conrm. While the memory is being formatted, an animated display appears.

When initialization nishes, “Memory formatted.” appears.

Note



Do not format the built-in ash memory of the player using Windows Explorer.
