Notes

• The remote command mode of the remote supplied

with this amplifier is fixed to CD1 for the

connected CD player. Set the remote command

mode of the CD player to CD1; otherwise, you

cannot operate the CD player using this remote.

• You can adjust the BASS and TREBLE levels

manually even when the LOUDNESS function is

set to ON. If you adjust the levels manually, the

LOUDNESS function will be switched to OFF,

automatically.

of speakers.

The level can be adjusted from

Press to adjust the balance

between left and right speakers.

Both the left and the right

balance can be adjusted from

0 dB to +20 dB. The initial

setting is 0 dB (center).

F MUTING Press to turn off the sound

temporarily. Press the button

again to restore the sound.

G MENU Press to display the menu for

the amplifier (page 16).

H V/v/B/b After pressing MENU (7),

press V/v/B/b to select the

settings. Then press to

enter the selection (page 16).

I LOUDNESS Set the LOUDNESS function to

ON to adjust the BASS and

TREBLE levels output from the

speakers to the optimum

settings, based on the volume

level.

When you set the LOUDNESS

function to OFF, the BASS and

TREBLE levels will return to

the levels that had been adjusted

before the LOUDNESS

function was set to ON.

Initial setting is OFF.

J BASS/

TREBLE +/–

Press to adjust the BASS and

TREBLE levels. The level can

be adjusted from –10 dB to

+10 dB.
