L’air pour la convection
Convection naturelle ou ventilation
forcée ?
- convection naturelle (pas de
ventilateur), entrée frontale, sous le
foyer [configurations cube 1 et 3,
configurations encastrées 1 à 4 et 10
à 13]
- convection forcée (avec ventilateur).
[configurations cube 2 et 4, configu-
rations encastrées 5 à 9 et 14 à 18.]
- l’air ambiant est prélevé à proximité
du foyer (via grilles d’entrées d’air)
[configurations cube 2 et 4, configu-
rations encastrées 5, 6, 7, 14, 15 et
16].
- l’air ambiant est prélevé plus loin
ou dans un local voisin et amené
dans le caisson de ventilation via un
gainage [configu rations encastrées
7, 8, 9, 16, 17 et 18].
Sortie d’air chaud
(avec ou sans ventilateur)
- sortie frontale, intégrée au foyer,
au-dessus de la vitre [dans toutes les
configurations cube, dans les configu-
rations encastrées 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10,
12, 14, 16 et 17].
Quand le foyer est encastré et
n'est pas équipé d'un ventilateur
[1, 3, 10 et 12], la sortie atteindra
des températures élevées. En tenir
compte dans le choix des matériaux
environnants et leur mise en oeuvre.
- sortie via gainages dans les configu-
rations encastrées 2, 4, 11 et 13.
- sorties via gainages vers une pièce
voisine (éventuellement en combi nai-
son avec la sortie frontale) dans les
configu rations encastrées 6, 9, 15 et
18.
Remarques
- Vérifiez que la configuration choisie
est en tout point compatible avec les
réglementations locales ou nationales.
- L’installation du ventilateur n’est pas
obligatoire sauf si l’air doit parcourir
des longueurs de gaines significatives
(avant ou après le foyer).
La ventilation assure une tempéra-
ture plus homogène de l'espace
chauffé, mais surtout modifie la
répartition de l’émission de chaleur
entre rayonnement et convection :
un Stûv 16 (cube) sans ventilateur
rayonne plus (ses parois atteignent
des températures plus élevées),
un Stûv 16 (cube) avec ventilateur
chauffe plus par convection.
Nous recommandons l’installation du
ventilateur.
De convectielucht
Natuurlijke convectie of gedwongen
ventilatie ?
- natuurlijke convectie(geen ventilator),
frontinlaat, onder de haard [cube con-
figuraties 1 en 3, inbouwconfiguraties
1 tot 4 en 10 tot 13]
- gedwongen convectie (met venti-
lator).[cube configuraties 2 en 4,
inbouwconfiguraties 5 tot 9 en 14 tot
18].
- de omgevingslucht wordt in de
nabijheid van de haard onttrokken
(via luchttoevoerroosters) [cube con-
figuraties 2 en 4, inbouwconfigura-
ties 5, 6, 7, 14, 15 en 16].
- de omgevingslucht wordt verderaf
of in een aangrenzende ruimte ont-
trokken en in de ventilatiekast geleid
via een kokersysteem [inbouwconfi-
guraties 7, 8, 9, 16, 17 en 18].
Warmeluchtuitlaat
(met of zonder ventilator)
- frontuitlaat, geïntegreerd in de haard,
boven de ruit [bij alle cube configura-
ties, bij de inbouwconfiguraties 1, 3,
5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 en 17].
Indien de haard is ingebouwd en niet
is uitgerust met een ventilator [1, 3,
10 en 12], zal de uitlaat hoge tem-
peraturen bereiken. Hou er rekening
mee bij de keuze van de omliggende
materialen en hun gebruik.
- uitlaat via kokers bij de inbouwconfi-
guraties 2, 4, 11 en 13.
- uitlaat via kokers naar een aangren-
zende ruimte (eventueel in combinatie
met de frontuitlaat) bij de inbouwcon-
figuraties 6, 9, 15 en 18.].
Opmerkingen
- Controleer of de gekozen configuratie
in alle opzichten verenigbaar is met de
lokale of nationale voorschriften.
- De installatie van een ventilator op
de Stûv 16 is niet verplicht, tenzij de
lucht een aanzienlijke afstand moet
afleggen doorheen lange kokers (voor
of achter de haard).
De ventilatie verzekert een
homogenere temperatuur van
de verwarmde ruimte, maar
wijzigt vooral de verdeling van
de warmteuitstoot tussen straling
en convectie : een Stûv 16 zonder
ventilator straalt meer (zijn wanden
bereiken hogere temperaturen), een
Stûv 16 met ventilator verwarmt meer
door convectie.
Wij bevelen de installatie van een
ventilator aan.
Aria per la convezione

- l’aria ambiente viene prelevata nelle
vicinanze del focolare (attraverso
prese di entrata d’aria) [configu-
razioni cube 2 e 4, configurazioni
incassate 5, 6, 7, 14, 15 e 16].
- l’aria ambiente viene prelevata più
lontano o in un locale attiguo e con-
vogliata nel cassone di ventilazione
mediante condotti [configurazioni
incassate 7, 8, 9, 16, 17 e 18].
Uscita d’aria calda
(con o senza ventilatore)
- uscita frontale, integrata nel
focolare, sopra il vetro [in tutte
le configurazioni cube, nelle
configurazioni incassate 1, 3, 5, 7, 8,
10, 12, 14, 16 e 17].
Quando il focolare è incassato e non
è dotato di ventilatore [1, 3, 10 e 12],
all’uscita le temperature saranno più
elevate. Tenerne conto nella scelta dei
materiali circostanti e nella messa in
opera…
- uscita mediante condotti nelle confi-
gurazioni incassate 2, 4, 11 e 13.
- uscita mediante condotti verso un
locale attiguo (eventualmente in
combinazione con l’uscita frontale),
nelle configurazioni incassate 6, 9, 15
e 18.
Note
- Verificare che la configurazione scelta
sia perfettamente compatibile con la
regolamentazione locale o locale.
- Non è assolutamente necessario
installare il ventilatore sullo Stûv
16 tranne se l’aria deve percorrere
distanze considerevoli (prima o
dopo il focolare). La ventilazione
assicura una temperatura più uni-
forme dell’ambiente riscaldato,
ma soprattutto modifica la riparti-
zione dell’emissione di calore tra
irraggiamento e convezione : lo
Stûv 16 senza ventilatore riscalda
maggiormente per irraggiamento
(le pareti raggiungono temperature
più elevate), mentre lo Stûv 16 con
ventilatore riscalda maggiormente
per convezione. Raccomandiamo di
installare il ventilatore.

distancia mayor o de un local
cercano y se traslada al cajón de
ventilación a través de una manga
[configuraciones encastradas 7, 8, 9,
16, 17 y 18)].
Salida de aire caliente
(con o sin ventilador)
- salida frontal, integrada en el hogar,
por encima del vidrio [en todas
las configuraciones cube, en las
configuraciones encastradas 1, 3, 5, 7,
8, 10, 12, 14, 16 y 17]
Cuando el hogar está encastrado y
no está equipado con un ventilador
(1, 3, 10 y 12), la salida alcanzará
temperaturas elevadas: hay que tener
en cuenta este detalle al elegir los
materiales cercanos y su montaje…
- salida a través de mangas en las con-
fi guraciones encastradas 2, 4, 11 y
13.
- salidas a través de mangas hacia un
recinto adyacente (eventualmente en
combinación con la salida frontal) en
las configuraciones encastradas 6, 9,
15 y 18.
Observaciones
- Compruebe que la configuración ele-
gida es totalmente compatible con la
normativa nacional o local.
- No es obligatorio instalar un venti-
lador en el Stûv 16 salvo si el aire
debe recorrer conductos de longitud
considerable (antes o después del
hogar).
El ventilador garantiza una tempe-
ratura más homogénea del espacio a
calentar pero, especialmente, modifica
la proporción entre la emisión de calor
por radiación y por convección : un
Stûv 16 sin ventilador irradia más (sus
paredes alcanzan temperaturas más
elevadas), un Stûv 16 con ventilador
calienta más por convección.
Nosotros recomendamos instalar un
ventilador.
Ar de combustão
Convecção natural ou ventilação
forçada ?

entrada frontal, sob o recuperador

pelo recuperador (através de grelhas
de saída de ar) [configurações cube

6, 7, 14, 15 e 16].
- o ambiente é aquecido mais
longe ou num local contíguo e
encaminhado para a caixa de
ventilação através de uma conduta
[configurações encastradas 7, 8, 9,
16, 17 e 18].
Saída de ar quente
(com ou sem ventilador)
- saída frontal, integrada no recupe-
rador, por cima do vidro [em todas as
configurações cube, nas configurações
encastradas 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14,
16 e 17].
Quando o recuperador é encastrado
e não está equipado com ventilador
[1, 3, 10 e 12], a saída atingirá
temperaturas elevadas. Há que
ter isso em conta na escolha dos
materiais circundantes e na sua
instalação.
- saída através de condutas nas
configurações encastradas 2, 4, 11 e
13.
- saídas através de condutas para um
local contíguo (eventualmente em
combinação com a saída frontal) nas
configurações encastradas 6, 9, 15 e
18.
Observações
- Verifique se a configuração escolhida
é em tudo compatível com as
regulamentações locais ou nacionais.
- A instalação do ventilador no Stûv
16 não é obrigatória, excepto se
o ar tiver que percorrer distâncias
longas nas condutas (antes ou após o
recuperador).
A ventilação assegura uma tempe-
ratura mais homogénea no espaço
aquecido, mas altera, sobretudo, a
repartição da emissão de calor entre
irradiação e convecção. Um Stûv 16
sem ventilador irradia mais (as suas
paredes atingem temperaturas mais
elevadas) ; um Stûv 16 com ventilador
aquece mais por convecção.
Nós recomendamos a instalação do
ventilador.
Convection air

Hot air outlet
(with or without ventilator fan)
- front outlet, integrated into the
stove above the glass door [in all
cube configurations, in the insert
configurations 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12,
14, 16 and 17].
If the stove is an insert and it is not
fitted with a fan [1, 3, 10 and 12], the
outlet will reach high temperatures.
Please take this into consideration
when choosing surrounding materials
and their usage.
- outlet via ducts in the insert
configurations 2, 4, 11 and 13.
- outlet via ducts to another room
(possibly in combination with
the front outlet) in the insert
configurations 6, 9, 15 and 18.
Notes

rather more by convection.
