This Sunbeam pr oduct is cover ed by a
12 month r eplacement or r epair warranty,
which is in addition to your rights under the
Austr alian Consumer Law (if your pr oduct
was pur chased in Australia) or New Zealand
Consumer Guarantees Act (if y our pr oduct
was pur chased in New Zealand).
Upon rec eipt of your claim, Sunbeam will
seek to resol ve your difficulties or, if the
product is def ective, advise you on how to
obtain a replac ement or r efund.
T o assist us in managing warranty claims,
we r ecommend you r egister your pr oduct
as soon as practicabl e after purchase by
creating a MySunbeam ac count on our
website and uploading a c opy of your
original rec eipt.
In order to mak e a claim under our
warranty, you must hav e the original proof
of purchase documentation f or the
product and pr esent it when r equested (if
not already upl oaded to our website).
Should your pr oduct develop any def ect
within 12 months of purchase because of
faulty materials or workmanship, we will
replac e or repair it, at our discr etion, free
of charge. A pr oduct pr esented for r epair
may be replac ed by a refurbished pr oduct
of the same type rather than being
repair ed. Refurbished parts may be used
to repair the pr oduct.
Our replac ement or repair warr anty only
applies where a def ect arises as a result
of faulty material or workmanship during
the warranty period. Y our warranty does
not cov er misuse or negligent handling
(including damage caused by failing to use
the product in ac cor dance with this
instruction booklet), ac cidental damage,
or normal wear and tear .
Y our warranty does not:
• cov er freight or any other c osts incurred
in making a claim, consumabl e items,
acc essories that by their nature and
limited lifespan r equire periodic r enewal
(such as filters and seals) or any
consequential l oss or damage; or
• cov er damage caused by:
- power sur ges, power dips, voltage
supply pr oblems, or use of the product

• extend beyond 3 months if the pr oduct
is used in commer cial, industrial,
educational or rent al applications.
The benefits given to you by our
warranty ar e in addition to other rights
and remedies under law in r elation to
the product.
In Australia our goods c ome with
guarantees that cannot be ex cluded
under the Australian Consumer Law. Y ou
are entitl ed to a r eplacement or r efund
for a major failur e and for compensation
for any other for eseeable loss or
damage. Y ou are also entitl ed to have the
goods repair ed or r eplaced if the goods
fail to be of ac ceptabl e quality and the
failur e does not amount to a major
failur e.
Our goods also come with guarantees
that cannot be excluded under the Ne w
Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Sunbeam’ s Safety Precautions
Sunbeam are very safety conscious when designing
and manufacturing consumer products, but it is
essential that the product user also exercise care
when using an electrical appliance. Listed below are
precautions which are essential for the safe use of
